I had a really bad experience with this page. I ordered a bracelet and paid for it, but it never arrived. I tried contacting them several times, but they either didn’t respond or gave no helpful solution. I also never received a refund for the money I paid.It’s very disappointing to pay for something and get neither the product nor your money back. I would not recommend ordering from this page. Be careful before buying anything from them.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Oseriöst företag. Kundservicen är urusel. Utöver att leveransen var flera veckor försenad, fick jag hem bl.a. ett halsband där kedjan levererades defekt. Jag kontaktade företaget och fick som svar att de skulle höra med fabriken, men det var sista gången jag hörde från dem. Skrev återigen pga oxidering på samma smycke trots "stainless steel", men inget svar. KÖP EJ DÄRIFRÅN!!

Guys this site is a scam, they use the pictures from Nominal (the real brand from the jewelry) they tell you its gold but its just the cheap version. Be careful! I've ordered mine October 22 and i still got nothing. Normally i do my research but i thought if its a muslim website I'll trust it with my gut.
On their site i also literally found out that they are from hongkong so we are all scammed asf.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They do not give a refund, they only give a discount code after talking with their customer service! They get their bracelets from Temu for 5 euro and sell them for 30 on their site! That's why they can't offer a refund, they order the bracelet for you through Temu/Shein and send it to your address

Search for Ayatul Kursi Bracelet on Shein and you will find the bracelet being sold for 3 euro's!

Scam scam. Lurar en på pengar. Armbandet inte som på bilderna, krävde återbetalning. då säger Naima ifrån support jag fixar det på en gång. Tror ni jag fick något nej. Efter 2 månaders väntetid säger hon att sidan e nere. Bluff äckliga människor.

Order made on 22nd of Oct, now is 2nd od Dec, not shipped yet.

I have no tried their jewelry but I am happy with their team’s efforts to improve. I made an order with them and due to some issues it got delayed. When I asked the team for the refund, they were kind enough to respond promptly and sent me the refund as quick as possible.

Bracelet was lovely, Super satisfied with the customer support as well with the shipping!

The jewelry is nice. I appreciate them donating to Palestine. The customer support, specifically Naima, was very supportive during my order progress.

Scam!! don’t buy from them they will take your money, you wont even get your items delivered, then customer service won’t answer.

I requested to cancel my order within the 14-day withdrawal period, but never received any response from the shop. Despite sending three messages, there was no reply at all. The products were delivered anyway, and the money was charged. Very disappointing customer service – no communication and no reaction to cancellations.

This is 100% from Shein!! I wanted return because there was no “cairo” gravure.. SCAM SCAM SCAM 👁️👁️

Ordered on the 25th sept. today is the 3rd oct and my item hasnt even been shipped out. I have reached out to customer Care No response. Finally a label was created, and as a frequent Shein shopper i noticed this is being sent by Shein. I was charged 35$ for a bracelet that costs less than 2$ on Shein. It’s a SCAM and they really should be shut Down for cheating People like this especially in the name of Allah swt.

Recieved my package, but they dont reply often when you have questions regarding the package.

They never answer any question.

The package is not even send yet, and it’s over a week since I placed my order.
I tried to email them, but got no answer.

Very happy with my purchase! Took a little time to arrive which they were clear with from the start - but very satisfied nevertheless.
