Bracelet is good, I like it, and it goes with nice box and small nice bag - ideally for gift.No question to quality but the size is to small, despite I ordered the biggest one(XL).

The customer service with Caligio is super, from initial order placement through delivery updates.
The high quality of the bracelet will bring this customer back. The product line is extensive and classy looking without being over the top!

Product and shipping needs to be addressed

Back in January of last year I was sent the wrong sized bracelet, which I then returned for an exchange on a new version of the bracelet "being manufactured" that was to be made in the proper size and should have been available in just a few weeks. Months later they sent me the exact same bracelet in the wrong size. Upon returning that bracelet I was told that I needed to pick a new style as for some reason the one I bought was now no longer being manufactured in the correct size. I chose a new bracelet, was told I had to pay $3.99 in shipping (which I agreed to) and that an invoice would be sent to me asap so we could get the item shipped. It has now been over 3 MONTHS and I have not received any invoice and my many multiple attempts to contact Caligio have gone unanswered. I am completely floored that once we finally reached an acceptable resolution to an issue that has now been going on for over a year I get suddenly completely ghosted. I guess that is how Caligio saves money on "Customer Support"

I purchased a bracelet for a gift. It arrived a few day after Christmas. It’s hasn’t even been a month and the bracelet has broke already. I feel it needs to be replaced for free.

The screw needed to be tightened often as it loosened easily. After 1 week of use, I forgot about the screw - woke up in the morning and the bracelet had fallen off the evening before and was lost.
Need to have a locking mechanism on the screw housing

Just got a reply from Caligio- thank you… that you folks suggest one purchase a second screw - well - was never offered that and I even put Teflon tape on the screw threads to make the connection tighter. Helped but didn’t work in the long run.

The bracelet laid on my wrist for 2 weeks before being lost.

I did not loose the bracelet in bed - was lost the evening before.

Be forewarned folks.

If you wear it on occasion - fine - if you keep it on all the time - it eventually will be lost.

Caligio has not offered me a replacement / yet they acknowledged problems with the screw connection.

The bracelet was well made and just as described. The shipping was fast and communication with the seller easy. Would highly recommend.

Item has not arrived. USPS states that it’s in Pureto Rico. Reached out via email, zero response from Caligio.

I received several emails stating that the bracelet was on its way. Then, only a few days before Christmas, I was told my order was cancelled. Ruined Christmas

The orange bracelet I ordered has already faded after one time of wearing it. Very dissatisfied with it and will not be ordering any more from your company.

. I wore the bracelet less than a day and the screw feel out and is lost. Told I would get an email to get a replacement but never received the email.

Had an issue with a bracket I received, and it was resolved immediately. Excellent Customer Service!!
