Since Call-On-Doc has multiple providers on our medical team, refill requests may be reviewed and prescribed by a different provider depending on availability and the clinical review of each request. Before submitting a visit, patients are asked to review and acknowledge our Supplemental Disclosure, which specifically states that a $20 processing charge applies when requesting an excuse note or doctor’s letter.
