I've been ordering from Calm Over Chaos for almost 3 years now, and I absolutely cannot fault their products or their service!
Everything is such high quality, arrived quickly, and the team is very friendly. I had a small issue regarding postage with one order, I emailed the customer service team, and it was fully resolved by the next morning.
I genuinely enjoy all of the Calm Over Chaos products I have bought, and am looking forward to their Christmas Countdown box in December!

As a pen addict I have literally tried every pen on the market and can not recommend Calm over Chaos pens highly enough. Even for beginners they have video tutorial explaining how to use the pens correctly. They care about their customers and for a small business put their heart and soul into everything they sell. Give their products a go and I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

I have been a customer since 2022 and calmoverchaos is BY FAR my favourite business to shop from for my colouring supplies. The books have evolved with demand, especially with the newest alcohol marker safe books. The messages behind the art is wonderful, the subscription sheets are perfect. Even when the alcohol markers didn’t work the way the team hoped, they handled it so well and out of 6 different packs, ive actually only had one pack with the faulty pens, and they are still my go to alcohol marker along with touchnew. Customer service is always top notch, and Millie is such a genuine lovely person which shines through in the way she runs her business. I can’t wait to see what else is in store for the future 🫶🏻🐹

Top rate customer service and amazing products. I bought several different types of pens and loved them all (some so much I bought several sets), bought colouring sheets because I fell in love with a mouse (if you don’t know about Butter, where have you been?) and now I’m looking forward to counting down to Xmas with the advent box. I love this business. The colouring books are incredible and full of positivity and the pens feel so smooth to colour with. I have nearly completed one whole book and will be ordering more. I’m so glad I followed a friend’s recommendation and now have Calm over Chaos in my life!

Awesome products! Highly recommend. I’ve been a customer for 3 years now & I have purchased many products. My personal faves are the glitter pens, the books & the subscription! The glitter pens are so amazing, glittery & creamy! The books are fabulous, great quality & so much fun to colour in! The subscription I must say is my all time favourites - it’s a great concept & so much fun!

The pens and books from this company are outstanding and have made me fall in love with colouring again. I love all the tutorials available on their socials and website and have learnt so much. Highly recommend the brush pens but do learn how to use them as they take a bit of practice. Fab company with amazing products.

Great experience I love my pens

Honestly this company are great! I have ordered a few things from here and have loved every single thing! They have been very open and honest about some manufacturer issues with pens and have sold at reduced rates due to this. The customer service are ALWAYS quick to respond and help when needed. I'm absolutely shocked by the negative reviews and would have to think that possibly instructions on brush pens weren't followed (there is a knack to them - which is CLEARLY explained and with incredibly helpful video tutorials), because personally I feel the whole company are very honest and open about any potential issues that might arise with products (which you wouldn't get with larger companies that are only interested in profits).

Honestly I'm not sure I will ever order from another colouring supplier / another colouring book. Mille and the team listen to feedback from customers and are constantly working to improve things and make things even more incredible for their customers, and being a smaller business their attention to detail and more 'personal' touches are an extra special detail that I love. I regularly recommend them to friends and family and I hope that they continue to expand as they deserve to after all the hard work they have put in!!

I love all the calm over chaos items. The glitter pens are my favourite 🤩 sooo pretty and soo nice to colour and draw with. Millie has created such a wonderful brand. Her and Rob work really hard to provide us with new goodies aswell as their original items. Keep doing what your doing guys 🌈

Absolutely fantastic company I have used them many times and will continue to do so there books are therapeutic calming relaxing and have great inspirational quotes. There customer service team are friendly and helpful should you need to contact them and work quickly with you to solve any issues I’m counting down the days till it’s time for the fantastic Christmassy themed package to start

I am absolutely obsessed with my purchases from Calm Over Chaos. I feel like I’ve been searching for exactly these products for years and now I’ve found them!

I first saw the glitter pens advertised on IG in July and (after checking here) I had to try them! They are the best glitter pens I have ever bought, and I’ve tried a lot.

I’ve loved learning how to use the brush pens and aqua brush. The tutorials were really helpful and I’m getting the hang of it now. I’m really enjoying the time I spend colouring.

I highly recommend the Boredom Buster as a starting point, if you’re interesting and don’t know where to start.

The drawings in the colouring books and subscription sheets are big and bold and contain mental health and self care messages and much more.

Eve from Customer Service is really helpful. She was great when I had a problem with one of the pens. This only happened once, after many, many purchases!

I can’t wait to receive my Christmas Box! Thanks Millie, Rob and the gang!

Purchased after seeing them on TikTok. Several brush pens were dry and work sporadically. The glitter pens are not worth it. Mine run out within a few days. Contacted customer service which was really slow on the responses, who informed me I wasn’t to actually use them as pens and just use for ‘pops of colour’ which would be fine, however 3 had hardly been used at all. Wouldn’t waste your money, it’s good marketing but the product doesn’t match. Save yourself some money.

I could not recommend Calm Over Chaos’ products enough - from the inspirational quotes in the books, to the high quality pens (brush and alcohol markers), Millie genuinely cares about her customers and making the world a better place which I wholeheartedly support. She also donates some of the proceeds to various charities which is incredible.

I have since bought colouring books for my friends and family!

I’ve noticed a huge shift in my mental health by giving myself time to switch off and colour in these books. Can’t wait to see what else Millie comes out with next

Brush pens are expensive and poor quality. No better than using the cheapest brush pens from b&m.
Disappointed…. Will be placing in next charity bag
