Dreadful company with absolutely no morals or ethics.
My elderly mum placed an order and inputted the wrong email by mistake. When she chased the order after 2 weeks of them having her money they said it’s been delivered and you have used a different house number! She gave them her name, address and the last 4 digits of her card and asked for proof of delivery and if she could be told the house number they delivered to. She was told as she couldn’t give them the order number (that she never received) they couldn’t breach gdpr by telling her where her delivery had gone to. They suggested my nearly 80 year old knock on every door where she lives and track her own parcel!!!!!
She has never received the parcel or a refund so they have taken £46 for their boxer shorts which can be bought everywhere else cheaper and her grandson had no 21st birthday present! Absolutely disgusting treatment. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM

They con you to sign you up to the loyalty card scheme which is great for the first trip 10% off but then when you get a email to retrieve your 25% off on your next trip and try and redeem this and the tills you get told it’s not valid and it’s only 10% off even though the emails states off your next visit ie after my last trip I made. Try taking to customer service and omg you get sent the same copy and paste email explaining the same thing and then today I’ve been sent a Spanish reply message. They don’t deserve the business! Shocking customer service!

Terrible experience from start for finish. Email about delays won’t cancel even though the item has not shipped, tell you to contact the third party postal service. Ridiculous! Never again

Ordered a bikini and they just sent the bottoms - no top! Offered a 10% refund??? Muppets...who do they think they are? will never use them again - suggest you avoid spending good money on a company that think you are nothing!

They lost my order (31034142168). They say they are looking for neighbors or relatives. In the end, they stopped answering and told me to figure it out myself. Very bad service. I lost money, order and time. I do not advise.

"Underwear Rule" not a thing
I bought lingerie as a gift to my wife and I was NOT advised by the saleswoman called Muskan of the rule of exchanges and returning those items, which the store does not accept exchanges. I did some quick research and found out there is no such thing as an ‘underwear rule’ in the UK consumer rights. I was also extremely disappointed to see all the price tags on the items I gifted too.
My wife, when trying to return the items (all of them were returned in their original condition with the Calvin Klein and price tags on them) mentioned the gentleman who served her, named Shak, had sarcastically said good luck trying to contact Calvin Klein customer service.
I would not recommend the Calvin Klein store in Canary Wharf in London.
Worst customer experience EVER!!!
Having quickly scanned the other reviews below i can see i am not experiencing an uncommon issue...that issue being that Calvin Klein UK are a joke of a company. You would think a company of their size would have better trained staff and deal with their customers better.
Having made an order in week commencing 21st November...it has now been a month since that order was made and i am still sat here without my items, having paid for them over a month ago!!! Outrageous!
Having spoken to customer support on numerous occasions about this, they are full of excuses and NO solutions! It is the fault of black friday, royal mail strikes....everyone/thing apart from themselves. Whehn i asked for a solution (either a refund or re-sending me the items), i was told NO...you just have to wait for the items to be delivered (despite them having been clearly lost in delivery, as there has been no update on their status since 7th December (over 2 weeks ago).
Absolutely shocking behaviour by a brand you would no expect it from. If i was you i would order from elsewhere!
A nightmare- really unreliable
I placed an order on the 28th of November which was meant to arrive after 4-5 working days and it has not arrived yet (21st December).
This was a present for Christmas and now it does not seem like I will be able to have it on time. I have emailed Calvin Klein Customer Services 5 times and they have replied with automated responses.
If you are in the same situation please report to your bank branch as a fraud and to the Consumer Services UK.
As a personal advice, try to avoid buying online from Calvin Klein UK.

Ordered online got charged wrong amount…
Ordered online got charged wrong amount contacted straight away and advised their systems didn't deduct 30% off and I would need to contact when order received to receive refund of overcharge. In meantime they closed my case and I still.havent received order and customer service say I need to chase order through parcel force. Really not happy having to contact my card.

Why take orders and not deliver?
I placed an order on Nov 20th. I received a confirmation and the next day they advised me that there was a delay and my order wouldn’t be despatched till Nov 25th.
However despite me send 4 emails, ALL OF WHICH THEY HAVE COMPLETELY IGNORED I am still waiting for my delivery.
Absolutely shocking customer service, ONLY BUY FROM THEM IF YOU ARENT FUSSED ABOUT GETTING YOUR ORDER.
JUST LOOK AT THE NUMBER OF 1STAR REVIEWS!!
2 Items never arrived!
Ordered two items from Calvin Klein over 3 weeks ago and neither have arrived. I have asked for refund and they have said that they will contact me in 5 days about it. Yet it has past has been an additional 13 days and I have heard nothing! I am really disappointed with this service and am inclined to not order from them again.

Never ordering again from CK. Ordered a pair of trainers as a birthday present. The courier they used sent me someone else’s parcel. I had to take photos and send them evidence until they would refund. Didn’t even offer to actually try and send me the product o ordered! Awful service for a so called leading brand. Nightmare to return goods
I returned some goods a month ago. I have proof of posting which I have sent to Calvin Klein. Despite numerous phone calls I haven't been refunded. I keep being told to wait a bit longer and they'll escalate it with the warehouse etc. Over and over again. They have the goods, they have my money, and they won't refund me. Shocking customer service.

After reading the reviews I was sceptical about the website, however I received my order 4 days after I ordered. Slightly confusing as they switch the delivery company about but other than that they were great.
