Fiduciary Mismanagement
The company lacks knowledgeable account managers. They switch account managers constantly, They have never a complete accounting. They never have paper work available.
. The are incometemt in doing the duties of their job. They are not managng the account for the beneficiaries best interest.
Cambridge trust has caused me unnecessary expenses.
. I have been told i can't talk to an executive. They poorly communicate with customers, some managers don't answer the phone.
I would not recommend this company to future wealth management clients.
