We were not notified that we had to…
We were not notified that we had to prepay for labels until we asked about shipping. If we did not ask we would not have known. Then it took a lot of back and forth to get an invoice to process for prepayment. The order was submitted beginning of July and we still have not gotten our product due to this process. Now that we know we have to prepay we hope the process will go a lot smoother.
