Ordered glasses for the eclipse on Monday 3rd August, chased them up a few days before as they hadn't arrived. No response to my email, no glasses ever arrived. So out of pocket, no item recieved and no customer service response, make of that what you will

I ordered solar eclipse glasses to watch the solar eclipse on 12th August. They arrived promptly
and were absolutely brilliant.
I was very impressed by the fair price and free postage.

Ordered a camera for my daughter’s birthday and when opened it wouldn’t read any SD card we put in, sent it back as I thought the slot was faulty turns out it just needed formatting. They were helpful and polite at all times even left in an SD card for good measure. I was also at a different address than my original order and they were able to send it to new address without any issues which was great! Will order from them again in the future as they are reliable and professional the only negative thing I would say is they could be slightly quicker with returns but overall a good experience.

I found the website a little quirky, however found what I needed very quickly. Could do with some better filtering tools.
Initially had a problem checking out, but that seemed to sort itself out.
Items arrived the next day, well packaged.
The delivery information from DPD was excellent and delivered into the App seamlessly.
I would have given Five Stars, except for the checkout issue.

I rang the company as I was having an issue paying and it was sorted over the phone. The glasses to watch the solar eclipse arrived within a couple of days of order.
