In the case of your booking, UPS missed their flight connection to get the item to you - unfortunately something out of our control. This rendered the item to arrive on the start day, rather than the day before.

Unbelievably simple!
The process was unbelievably simple. The courier rang the doorbell, I gave him the same box that the lens came in with the shipping label attached and that was it! The equipment was top notch and allowed me to try something I probably wouldn’t buy.

Great Company
Renting camera equipment couldn’t have been easier through Canada Camera Rentals. Living in a rural area, it’s hard to make it into the city to rent from a traditional camera store, so this is an amazing service to those who can get equipment shipped to them. Customer service has been amazing, very responsive and accommodating. Rental equipment and prices are great and have many options to choose from! Absolutely recommend these guys to anyone, especially those who are new to the photography industry and don’t want to spend a ton of money on equipment until they can see what fits their needs. 100/10

This was a fantastic and seamless experience for me! The lens I rented was fantastic and the bonus of having the courier drop it off and pick it up right from my home was so amazing. I highly recommend Canada Camera Rentals and will definitely be using them again!
