Renting was easy once I got signed up, this was a bit slow for me, but Will was very helpful. I had a call from Will just before we were heading out, saying that due to immediate changes with Purolator, their shipping company, the lens would not be at the house when we were leaving. Will found another solution and we picked it up on route to the destination. I was impressed with the packaging that it came in. We made last minute plans on our return route but I was able to return once back on the lower mainland. It was a hassle finding an approved shipping address that was on our route, so I ended up having to travel with the lens longer, without using it. But eventually it all worked out.

It was easy and smooth to rent a lens from camera rentals. Online booking was clear and my communication with them was fast and straightforward, I had no troubles at all. Highly recommend!
