The site is misleading as it uses Canada in its name. I am located in the USA. Cat medication comes from Singapore, and when I asked for an exchange, they gave me an address in the UK to send it back, plus I had to pay the shipping, the tracking, and the 10% tariff. So be aware if you order here.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service with outright lies from phone agents and misrepresentations on their website. I have twice placed an order for the same product. The first time was for an international shipment where their website clearly states that all tariffs are paid. Wrong. The product was held by customs and money demanded of me. I informed CanadaPetCare by phone of the problem and they offered to refund the additional amount. No thank you, as filing customs paperwork is a nightmare. Refund still not received 10 days later. The second time I ordered for a shipment to the USA, and their website states: "Prompt Shipment Guarantee
All the orders placed on our website are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on a holiday or during weekends are shipped on the next working day. For any reason, if your order is not shipped within the provided time frame, we will notify you." WRONG. The order was not shipped for 3 days according to their records and they failed to notify me for 8 days. CanadaPetCare.com is a disreputable company that does not stand by its written guarantees.

These are 100% knockoff products. They are not based in Canada and their product ships from Chine.

They advertise and show images of USA pet products, and they delivered products in a different packaging with another language. The products are close to expiration or even expired by the time you can finish the dosage of the product. When you contact them to correct the item they say they are out of inventory. Since they have given a discount they tell you they will not correct the issue or send the correct items as it was to costly for them to reship or fix the issue. The escalation is difficult with the same tiny partial refund that makes it difficult to then purchase a 1/2 or part supply again.
This is not a great way to retain any customer. I feel scammed with how it was handled.

Excellent service . I have been using them for years . At least 10 for sure. Never one problem, fair prices. Always get what I ordered in a timely manner

Beware*** They used to have the best prices but now they constantly change prices and sales. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE UPDATED DISCOUNT!!!

I bought some meds and a couple days later they had a cheaper sale BUT REFUSED TO GIVE ME DISCOUNT!!!

Ordered in plenty of time, never received was send back to sender no expedite shipping, so if u need a RX not recommended.

Terrible, web page says 10-15 deliveries. Hell, it’s been in customs for 10 days already. Ordered over two weeks ago. Won’t be using them again. I’ll be asking for a refund if I don’t get it soon.

This company is a phishing extortion scheme. If you order above a certain payment amount they hold your money and refuse to ship the purchased items until you email them your driver’s license and credit card.

I have been getting dogs Nexgard here for several years and have never had a problem. The product works and prices are good. I get my purchase within 2 weeks.

While I understand that many have had “great success” with this company I have not. After reading so many positive reviews I decided to give the company a chance and now my dog is likely going to be euthanized. She has been on bravecto for well over a year and never had an issue until I got the meds from this company. I am so thankful I didn’t give the meds to any of my other animals.

Have used them for a few years for flea and tick control for my dog, even took a package to my vet to look at with first purchase. He approved. Have never had a problem with them or fleas. I don't believe all these negative comments.

I bought two Seresto flea collars off of this website, both ended up being counterfeit. The product came from Curacao, and I called an Elanco agent who confirmed to me that this product was not a legitimate flea collar and shouldn't be used. This company has been added to their list of counterfeit retailers and they have filed a report with the EPA. (Their refund policy is a joke too. I have to pay 15-20 dollars just to send it back and then, MAYBE, you'll refund me. Yeah, right.)

I purchased quite a few seresto collars from Canada pet care. The collars should last for 8 months. It has been 5ish months and already they aren't working. Looking at the packages compared to the one purchase directly from PetSmart for a recently adopted dog and the ones from Canada pet supply are clearly fake! I spent several hundred dollars on fake flea prevention and still will have to purchase something else well before these should have quit working.. I guess that my red flag should have been that they emailed me wondering why I wanted to purchase so many at once, but I had purchased things previously with no issues other than they are really terrible about sending tracking despite paying for it. The tracking number for this order was also useless because it never left Curaco. I ordered 11-9-24 & received the fake collars right before Thanksgiving. So now I will be spending another $500 to buy real Seresto collars for everyone. Wish I could give them ZERO STARS

I ordered 3 Seresto Collars for large dogs. They arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, all 3 Seresto Collars were counterfeit! Tony, the Customer Service Representative for Canada Pet Care refunded the total purchase amount.

Canadapetcare.com appears to me to be a highly suspect business. I was looking for a picture of Bernie Madoff on their website, as their Ambassador, but I did not find a picture of Bernie.

Here is the insanity of my dealings with canadapetcare.com:

First, my credit card company tells me that the charge to my credit card, by canadapetcare.com originated in Mauritius. I had to look that place up. There is nothing redeeming about Mauritius.

Second, despite canadapetcare.com’s reference to Canada, their website shows their place of business is in the United Kingdom. Are you confused yet, is this business flagged as a Canadian business, in Canada, Mauritius, or the United Kingdom?

Third, I tried to reach these suspect characters by phone, during business hours in North America, multiple times. Forget that, my calls went to their voicemail, and I received no call back.

Fourth, the functionality of canadapetcare.com’s website is awful. I use a very high speed Internet connection, and it was near impossible to navigate canadapetcare.com.

Fifth, I received an email from canadapetcare.com, advising me that despite the medication being labeled in “pounds” on their website, the packaging of the medication that we receive, will be in kilograms, and, oh, by the way, the medication will be coming from Singapore, or Australia.

Smell like a rat? I went back to canadapetcare.com to look for Bernie Madoff’s picture, still, I can’t find Bernie’s picture. Then, I cancelled our order, and shut down my credit card. I regret giving canadapetcare.com my demographic information, and former credit card information.

BUYER BEWARE!

I tried placing an order 5 times and kept getting messages transaction failed. I tried calling just as many times and got no answer. Then a failed order went through only to be followed up by an email saying, " urgent verification required". More attempts to call. Finally, I got someone who then requested I submit a photo of my debit card. It was getting way too fishy for my comfort. They also said my items would be in ' different packaging'. It all screamed ' not a legitimate company'. I asked them to cancel and will go pay more at my local vet in the U.S.
