I purchased 5 lbs of Lindt milk…

I purchased 5 lbs of Lindt milk chocolate truffels. The truffels had the normal consistency when eating but completely lacked the normal " feel-good surge to the brain" experience I am used to. In fact after I ate each one, I could hardly remember eating it. Since the bags I received had no expiration or "best use by" dates, I have figured they must be expired product from Lindt that Candyinbulk repackages (without reference to where they are manufactured). I'm sure Lindt requires that the Lindt name NOT be on the packaging save whats on each truffel. I just tossed the entire batch.

Customer Service stinks

Customer Service stinks. The candy has been melted and solidified again. The eggs were oozing peanut butter mush. I sent a pic of my delivery. They told me some of the eggs were edible. I had to take pics to prove them wrong. Awful product. I have nothing nice to say about this "company"
I had to file a complaint with my bank to get my money back.

Received degraded product and they didn't offer full refund

I ordered 5 LBs of Lindt truffles, which had obvious signs of improper storage like temperature abuse that destroys chocolate quality quickly. There was chocolate bloom and the product tasted rancid, old, and stale. I spoke to customer service and provided photos, but they wouldn't offer a full refund, only up to 25%. When a company is responsible for degrading the product, they should take full responsibility. They said that since it's within best by date, it's fine. However, there were no lot codes, so the best by date couldn't be verified and likely was not accurate. If a company doesn't properly store the product within its require storage conditions, the best by date doesn't mean much.
This is not how you do business!

I will never order from this company again, no followup.

I will never order from this company again. Despite requesting signature (and this being a confirmed matter by UPS), the package was left at night to freeze over without a signature confirmation. Multiple attempts to contact the company regarding the matter were never followed up. The package literally was declared damaged by UPS during a claims process by UPS. I will now initiate a chargeback and am very, very angry working with them. Order 6118803.

Candy Addiction

I've read reviews about damaged packages, and delivery to the wrong address. That is a carrier problem, not theirs'. For my first order, the delivery took longer than expected. I called and left a message, and they returned my call as soon as they got beck from vacation. I'd already received my order. Since they sell bulk, they must buy large quantities, and break them down to the size you order. That's why no original packaging I suppose, just like a candy shop that sells by weight. I have been very happy with all my orders, perhaps too much so. I am about to place my fourth order.

Poor shipping, customer service and follow up

Order Hershey Nuggets for Christmas Eve gathering with shipping promised on December 23. UPS delivered the package to the wrong address, picture of delivery has no reference to where it was actually left. No word from company or UPS. Won’t be ordering from them again!

!!Be cautious when ordering significant hygiene concerns

!!!!!Be cautious when ordering in bulk!!!! My experience raised significant hygiene concerns. The bulk chocolates (25 pounds each box) arrived in an unsealed blue bag with no instructions or markings indicating how the box should be opened. When I opened the box from the opposite side, the bag opened and the chocolate fell into the shipping box.

When I contacted customer service, the response was dismissive. I was told I should have assumed where to open the box and that I was the first to complain. I was also assured that the shipping box was “sanitary,” which is concerning, as shipping boxes are exposed to debris during warehouse handling and transit. There was visible debris on top of the chocolate bag upon opening.

Given that this is perishable food, proper sealing and handling should be standard. Due to the lack of secure packaging and the customer service response, I will not be ordering from this company again.

I am waiting for my package to arrive…

I am waiting for my package to arrive tmmr. 2 days late from what was originally quoted. They pretty much said too bad. No cancelation nothing to make this right. Now reading multiple reviews, I wonder if the candy will be in good shape or even real chocolate from hershey. Disappointed with the service ( lack there of) I don't have hope that the product will be good at all.

NOT REAL CHOCOLATE

I ordered white chocolate melting wafers made with sugar, cocoa, nonfat milk, milkfats, soy lecithin. What I received has sugar, palm kernel oil, whey powder. No cocoa at all. I've written and tried chat. I'll print their response, if I get one.

ZERO Customer Service That Can READ!

This company outsources product from unknown, questionable sources. Licorice advertised as "Australian" was sourced from a company in NY, with no disclosure of origin. The product was subpar with an undesirable aftertaste.
I contacted customer service, and they required a picture?!?! I responded that it was a "taste" problem, not a packaging problem, but they insisted on a pic. Just don't. Third world support isn't worth the hassle you will encounter from their fake products.

If you like Melted Candy

Candy arrived melted with a skimpy gel pack in 90 degree weather. They suggested putting this drippy mess in the refrigerator when I complained and that was their response

Product Melted, Company does not make good

i have told you and showed you pictures of your product that was liquified after delivery in the 95 + degree heat. What did you think was going to happen to your chocolate bar product? I did not expect such a delay in arrival, and I expected you to take 'due care' and make sure it arrived in good condition. Now, you tell me to refrigerate your product and in 'many' cases the shape and texture return? At best, after taking up my time, and paying your overpriced cost, you will 'grant' me a 30% refund?
You lack of courtesy and professionalism are the reason i will never shop with you again.

BEWARE!!!!

They had a special on individual caramel macchiato creamers. This was my first time ordering from the company and as a small business owner, I was excited to find them. I received my items in a EXTREMELY HOT aluminum bag with ice packs that were completely melted. I opened one of the creamers and it had a bad smell. I notified the company but the agent (Fernando) only offered a 25% refund - which would not even come close replacing the product or the money I spent. I told them to keep the “refund”. They definitely lost my business.

Item was received damaged

Item was received damaged. Fernando, whom was the customer service agent I dealt with was horrible. He refused to help me resolve this matter by letting me, return the item for refund or replacement. The items arrived in a crushed box and were melted. The items were immediately brought inside so they must have been left in warm elements or on a truck all day as the include ice pouch was warm as well. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and inability to resolve a simple issue without many hoops to jump through. Even after sending them pictures and doing as they asked I was told my return was denied and the issue was closed. The agent-Fernando also stated I threatened and intimidated his business after I expressed my displeasure stating I would write a detailed review and post to my followers and let them decide. Sadly I will never do business with this company again. Look around online at their reputation. Buyers BEWARE
