I placed an order for some Thcp distillate. And let me tell you this stuff is extremely potent!! My girl & I took about a pindrops worth probably only 1mg ea if that. About an hour later both of us were laughing uncontrollably 🤣 🤣 It reminded me of taking shrooms but w/o the visuals Honestly the best time I've had in a long time! I have been going here for years. These guys always communicate if you have questions. They are professional. There products are fantastic,simple...not a lot of flash,just good and consistent. They have discount points too.

I recently tried products from both CannaClear and HempCollect, and the difference is astounding. CannaClear's products were extremely disappointing. The quality was poor, with noticeable inconsistencies and a less refined taste. It was simply garbage.

In stark contrast, HempCollect's products were amazing. The quality was top-notch, with a smooth and consistent experience. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident in every aspect.

This place use to be awesome. I came here for all my cannabinoid needs. I recently bought 100g of water soluble hhc. They sent me 50g and tried to hide it with a 100g sticker. Totally ridiculous practices. Im a 100% disabled veteran i need this stuff. Last time

definitely today jan. 10, 2025 suspicious about even contacting them by email online because now microsoft doesn't allow me to send a message for don't know the order # purchased to even check the tracking information & yet has no phone # to confront this... so am stuck because canaclear wants the order # well trying to get the order #... so fix it have an acct. purchased & yet their email contact is bogus without the order #..... hmmmm very upset taking money then no access into contact information to this company no phone # inability to get the order # so may have permission to address the issue alone makes it impossible whether registered or not... don't like this company's methods of interaction may be avoidance 2025... give them a 1 star for poor service impossible to reach so taking a chance don't know anything about our purchase made... so am calling Chase bank to investigate them make it fraud get money back seriously if not dealt with next week... shish so rude shouldn't be operating poor service NONE so don't buy from this website warning

I did love this company have used them for the past few yrs for my sons cancer. One of our package we order we didnt get. Emailed the company and havent had any luck getting our stuff or a refund so i dont think i will be useing this company again.. its sad but no other choice in the matter. They dont respond in a timely matter.

I recently had a homeless man steal my first package and was annoyed BUT reordered and it was so worth it! Honestly fantastic quality and great terpenes. I got blue dream Delta-8 and some h4cbd that I like to mix together. Both products came discreetly packaged and wrapped perfectly so nothing would break within 3 days. I thought maybe a week and would understand it being longer during holidays and busy times. It was Labeled and quality controlled, I saw they signed off on it and used to work doing quality control for a small business, which I appreciated. I only leave a longer review because I was erked and emailed kinda angry and petulant when I couldn't get a refund or another package sent and felt I needed to make sure to recommend them for wasting their time and being a nuisance lol. I also get it, the package was delivered but just left out for longer because I was at work and scooped up. Not the businesses fault! BUT again,I will continue to order because the quality is great and has all the lab work. I've smoked a lot of delta 8 and carts at different percentages because of a smoke shop job to try them out and make recommendations. Lots of smoke shop vapes and popular brand I've tried are a little bunk or just labeled inaccurately just to sell the product (They packages Labeled at 99% THC but coas were at 60% at best or said 80+ on lab work had little effect). That being said if you try this you will def see that they have a great and potent product! Would recommend, 10 out of 10. I'm rambling because I loaded up a cartridge and they have such good stuff! Ps! Prices are fantastic! I got 5 grams of both which was a great price , their 1 grams carts are still a great price but you really get your money's worth when you get a larger amount.

Been using cannaclear for half or more of my hemp needs for a few years and it's a great company. Fast sipping and it's always packaged well. I highly recommend

(final edit: this was originally written to review on cannclears own product page but they have taken those out, so ive made edits and posted it here. my own recommendation as an alternative is gilded extracts.)

last order i ever made was raw disty that tasted and smelled like farm yard and barn hay. it felt like retaliation after calling out the company through customer support for consistently taking over 2 weeks to give my order to mailing services to begin shipment.

i have since found another company that has full COA WITH BATCH ID, better reputation, ships faster, and hopefully never sends out dirty disty to customers that are already on the fence with said companies shtick.

i threw away probably 55 grams from my final cannaclear order because i couldnt trust that it was safe with such a taste and smell while also seemingly being retaliatory. my order from the new vendor (gilded extracts) is clear, doesnt taste or smell of anything, and is just as strong and also came with freebies. (a simple 4 stickers and two pieces of candy) cannclear never did that over 2 years of regular service for any reason.

thanks for the two years and the intro to alt noids cannaclear, its unfortunate but you wont be missed for tarnishing your reputation. in the end, the game will only have companies that dont shoot themselves in the foot, and you wont be there to see it.

PS trust pilot edit: ive read reviews from other people and would like to reaffirm some things that others said theyve experienced. because this is a negative review, the cons come first, followed by related pros.

to reiterate, ive used CC for about 2 years, consuming about 1 gram of raw distillate a day, and have consumed BM buds for about a decade prior.

that being said, just like other people here, i have also experienced:

-) "order shipped!" but its just a label created notification and usps doesnt get the package for at least another two weeks. (regular basis)
+) usps shipped fast like usps does once it was in their hands, never had to sign or greet, and was shipped wrapped tightly in a lot of bubble wrap by CC in a very compact plain brown box with a law enforcement notice paper explaining alt noid laws.

-) reward points never once accumulating, or being present during their "birthday" promo point bonus where they claim to give a discount on purchases made on the users birthday.
+) at least they tried i guess lol

-) dead customer service phone line, removed user review system.
+) no plus for customer service or lack of transparency.

-) terped disty is harsh, arguably too much so for some. their d8 is especially harsher than their HHC, terped or not.
+) raw HHC orders were fine, until the final order obviously.

-) orders never being canceled or modified under any circumstance no matter how soon you do it. youd think theres a glimmer of hope, because of customer service lines, but ive made two order that immediately needed modifed. obviously my own fault to make the mistake and confirm the order, but CC took days to get back and never seemed to care if they left a (long standing/regular) customer feeling less than satisfied with their transaction and service. dont get me wrong, yea sure, i GOT my package and the product was good (atm), but should the bar be that low when theres competition??
+) no plus, get your game up.

THEIR HHC IS SOME OF THE BEST ON THE MARKET.

I have ordered from Cannaclear 4 times, BECAUSE i have really wanted to try their products. I have liked 1 of them. Their ordering and shipping process is probably top 3 slowest of companies that I've ordered alt noids from on the internet. And they will NEVER refund or cancel once your payment has processed. It's insane. I always forget about that part, so now I have a sticky note next to my screen. Just can't stand how lazy they are.

I ordered a simple 14g distillate on the 9/14/23 and it is now the 9/22/23 and I still haven’t gotten anything. I asked for a refund and haven’t gotten a response from them neither

Put in an order over 3 weeks ago and a shipping label was generated, but no shipment. I have ordered from them several times in the past and besides slow shipping, the product was to my satisfaction. This time, I keep getting canned customer service responses and ignored otherwise.
