Decided to give these ago after being let down after using dispenseree for years. I'm always wary about using new sites as you never know if they are legitimate or not. Placed an order and paid for it but didn't hear anything for a few days so tried to reach out but had no reply. Had an email whilst at work to say the order was with Royal Mail so checked the process on the RM website to find it had already been delivered that day. Very pleased in the end with the speedy service and quality. Just need some edibles to come in stock to try. Thank you.

First order, I ordered a deal on 3 Muha Meds vapes, all seemed well, arrived next day, however, one of the vapes doesn't work, I tried everything. It was also dead battery when I opened it. I have contacted 3 times now since and not a single response. Other two vapes were decent. Seemed legit...I dunno. Kinda sucks as I would have ordered more but £70 each and no customer service or refund if there is an issue. No thank you. It's not exactly reassuring customers that this company is actually legit and won't rip you off.

Also, to admin, don't bother reaching out to me or responding to this with some template excuse. You had your chance 3 times, over two weeks, to get back to me.

I've had 3 or 4 orders from these now and was happy with them they were good quality however my latest order I got the mochi personally I didn't rate it. It smelled nice but barely no effect therefore couldn't recommend that strain personally. Previously I got gelato 41, tropical cherry, wedding crashers, and northern lights, which were all really nice also the rso which was also very good. Just the mochi was disappointing probably just a not so good batch but for that reason I wouldn't order that particular strain again.

ordered and transferred the money.i have not received a single email in return, (which is unusual) ive tried to find out what's happened through the live chat + email, no response, are they still trading? or have they done a bunk with my money? the company has been in touch and the issue has been resolved

Great customer service. Particularly in a country with outdated legislation around access medicinal plants. Keep up the good work.

I would feel safe ordering again, the smell proof bags are deadly and the products effects speak for themselves after ingestion, the gummies are class when halved in the morning.

First order great - no problems - product was exact and legit.
Second order I paid £96.99 for a 2.5g vape by flower dept - they have sent me a pink green crack hidden hills one.
Now I know, only £10.. I KNOW ordering off the net is a risk.
And I did get a legit product.
But not the one I ordered, and not the same price.

It’s just shady.

Won’t be ordering anything again, even if the products are legit.

EDIT - Company reached out day after the review to offer recompense.
So as previously stated, this is a legit company and the products I have had so far are legit.
Satisfied with the outcome so will order again and take it from there.

I would just advise Canna Club to keep you stocks up to date and if you get orders that can’t be fulfilled, reach out to the person perhaps?

Delivery was super fast, ordered Wednesday and arrived on the Thursday. Definitely the best company ive used for online purchases and would 100 percent recommend them.

Ordered some haze and some shake as I am a poor elderly stoner.
Arrived within 48 hours discreet packaging and double sealed.
The haze is a nice little smoke and on weight.
The shake is good with very few twigs and is great value .
