My order confirmation said I'd get free Wellness Gummies but they never arrived. I'd raised this with Customer Service who said they would get back to me. I've heard nothing yet and yes, I'm fully aware of my pettiness but hey, I got an order confirmation saying I'd get a Freebie. Rest of order arrived fine and is lovely.

Was promised free Ashwaganda with my order which didn’t arrive so ordered which I wouldn’t otherwise have done. Contacted them to ask about this and was told that they had run out. Nothing offered in exchange apart from a discount on my NEXT order with them. Total scam.

Delivery didn’t arrive. No sense of urgency to sort out. Still no delivery.

Good product that’s why I bought it again but customer service not up to much.

I have been using cannaray for the past 18 months or more to help with my anxiety. I am an IBS sufferer and find that having 0.3ml per day gives me a little bit of calm. I haven't rated 5 stars as the reward scheme never seems to work for me, this needs to be clearer & easier for customers. If the reward points cannot be used because it doesn't meet the criteria then reward points should be bounced straight back to the customers account. This doesn't happen without me emailing in my experience.

This is not the first time I have placed an order with Cannaray. As usual everything was well packed arrived quickly and I can’t be happier

No fuss ordering quick delivery and products value for money. Products do what it says on the tin. I definitely know about it when I run out of cbd capsules

Have been using this for a week and appear to have less aches than usual but I am not so anxious. Hoping when I get to full amount to be taken it helps more

Does not work for me at all. I have tried it for some months, during the morning, the afternoon and at night, but with no effect. Last night I took a big dose and it still had no effect. I dont know why, maybe it is the product or it is my genetics.

Excellent! Stupidly forgot to put house number on my order and ROYAL MAIL could therefore not deliver! When I contacted Cannaray they were more than happy to reschedule my delivery at no extra cost to me, thank you 🤩

I am a big fan of Claudia so, having seen her endorsement I thought I'd give it a go.
Turns out - great marketing campaign unfortunately the products do not live up to the hype - I'd say they're certainly over priced - just another company jumping on this CBD band wagon and having tried a few different brands now I'm just not convinced of the effectiveness of non medical grade CBD.
CBD Day Oil tried first - it gave me acid reflux so, wanting to stick with it I tried the gummies instead - the only effects for me - lethargy! I was so tired all the time I could barely function - I stopped taking them and after a week my energy levels returned.
Night time gummies - contain sugar, not ideal before bed and made no difference whatsoever to my terrible sleep pattern - still woke regularly throughout night.
Lions Mane gummies - upset my tummy.
Everyone will react differently - unfortunately not a positive experience for me.
I shall be returning to my tried and trusted Dr Bach!

Bought some of Cannaray's products from Amazon, had an issue with one of them so got in contact with the company directly.
They replied super quickly, offered a replacement and posted it to me the next day. Great customer service!

Correspondence was friendly and helpful.
