The communication with the customer service and the way in which they explained the use of the straps, the placement of the handles and the adjustments of parameters were very good, the four handles allow treating multiple areas of the body, the flat handles suitable for abdomen, back and buttocks while the curves for the arms, waist and thighs were curved.

Scam alert. There is no confirmation e-mail or return of phone calls about this order
There is no confirmation e-mail regarding this order or any ETA regarding shipment. There has been no follow-up with the company despite multiple messages and phone calls. When I call, there is just a google account screening the call that doesn’t accept any calls. This all feels like a scam and I’m sorry I fell for it. I will be contacting my bank and reporting to the Federal Trade Commission. Buyer beware.
In reply to your response: I have submitted my order number through the chat option on your website, via e-mail and via voicemail, all multiple times, all with no answers.
Thank you for your response to this review within twelve hours. I have provided my order number through Trustpilot and I will also leave it here with my question as this has been the only response I have gotten.
#CANTAESTHETIC5095 - Do you know when this order will ship or when it is likely to arrive? I can only see that the order has not been fulfilled, which is the same status it has had since the order was placed. That along with the lack of communication, led me to believe this transaction was fraudulent. I sincerely hope this gets a response and that I actually receive the product.

I'm so unhappy with my order from Canta Esthetic
The hydra dermabrasion 14 on 1 we ordered last year from Canta keeps failing. This is so embarrassing with clients! There's definitely something wrong with this machine, nothing but issues since I purchased. Canta Esthetics say have a 3 year warranty but what it really means they will ship you parts from China which takes forever and you have to fix everything yourself. I'm not a technician. Unless you like repairing your machine and don't mind canceling appointments while it's still broken, I strongly recommend to avoid ordering from this website.

Price is too high and discount code misleading
Canta Esthetic says they are from Hong Kong, which is China so I expected the prices to be cheaper. But actually after looking at their website they are kind of expensive (I'm looking at their larger tattoo removal laser machines). Then I signed up for the discount code on the website because it says 10% off. But it was only $150 off. This is totally annoying because the SAME machine available on eBay for like 50% off (but no warranty). If I could get 30% off from Canta I think I will order it.
Update: It looks like Canta Esthetics has already changed the code to real 10% (signed up with other email). This is good they listen to my feedback and the code now matches their offer. Still worried because the same machine is on eBay and Aliexpress for 50% less. If I order it I'll try to update my review and let you guys know if it's worth it.

I’m really impressed with this machine, would reccomend
I’m really impressed with this machine. It’s solid and well-built—definitely has some weight to it—but still compact enough that it doesn’t take up much counter space.
I originally had this treatment done at a salon and loved the results, which led me to try an at-home version. My first machine was a smaller, less expensive unit that lasted about two years and maintained the job… but this one is on a completely different level, delivering much better results with less time.
The very first time I used it, I was blown away. It felt much closer to my salon experience—stronger, deeper, and more effective. Compared to the ~$1200 unit I had before, this machine clearly delivers more power and performance.
Yes, it’s a bigger investment, but in my opinion, it’s absolutely worth it. The results and overall experience justify the price.
As a bonus customer service has been fantastic. Super responsive, knowlegable and helpful.

About the "EMSlim" neo - I am genuinely disappointed. It's not terrible, however it's basically the same thing as the MyoSlim I bought from Aliexpress last fall for $1K. I thought it would be stronger because on the description online it says 5800W. That's why I bought it. Later I realized that 5800W is not possible. And the other problem is RF isn't working. Same issue with MyoSlim, no working RF.

Erica was great with training and follow-up. I will say I has some issues with missing items from my order but they did contact me back and sent what was missing in a timely manner. I've had my machine for a few months but haven't really had a chance to use the different handpeices due to not having everything. What I can say I have the 10 in 1 hydrodermabrasion with booster and it works okay wish it was stronger and a more solid built.
