Ordered 2 products. They sent the wrong item and the other jacket was way too short. They received the return 17 days ago and have not refunded it. Will be going through the credit card company to challenge the charge and never ordering through this company again.

Charged my CC almost a month after the order, but did not ship the product. Customer service takes days to respond and twice said they have no ETA. After waiting weeks after charging my card and no shipment, had to challenge the charge on my CC. THEY SELL PRODUCT AND CHARGE YOU FOR PRODUCT THEY DON'T HAVE

Do not order from UK. Was not informed when purchasing that I would face harsh fees and tax when importing to UK. Fees came to nearly £80. Support was pretty useless and will not be buying from again.

Je viens de France, j’ai commandé du capeesh petit a petit au debut j’avais que le pants maintenant j’ai le manteau aussi pas de frais de douane en europe si vous ette au etats unis ou canada commander depuis le site D structure, au niveau fu style il y a pas photo c’est incroyable j’adore personnellement, les coupes rendent trop bien je fais 1m83 environ pour le pantalon j’ai du xl j’aurais du meme prendre xxl car la longueur change pas que la largeur et j’ai récemment acheté une veste pareil xl et la ca feet trop bien il y aurait pas fallu au dessus en dessous j’aurais pas était giga bien dedans la c’est parfait ( je suis quelqu’un qui deteste avoir un vetement un peu trop serez donc la marque me convient parfaitement). Mot de la fin la DA de la marque incroyable les prix sont plutot haut de la moyenne gamme ou meme bas du haut gamme mais au niveau qualité de couture finition rien a dire on en a pour sont argent, j’aurais mis 5etoiles si par exemple dans le manteau on aurait eu de la plume mais déjà incroyable les finitions de bonne qualité et recu rapidement (4jours apres la commande)

I ordered a pair of XXL ski pants to Ireland and use them regularly for my ski trips. The quality is unbelievable and comfortable. I ran into a problem with one of the zippers as it got stuck and I could not open the pocket. I emailed the Capeesh support and they responded within the hour. They fully covered the cost of me bringing it to the tailors to get fix. I would highly recommend the ski gear and their support was excellent.

Do not order from the uk. Ridiculous fees involved with the 'free' shipping from overseas which although not related to capeesh, are not disclosed at all when ordering.

Shipping costs came to over 33% of my order and it doesn't look like you can return without paying the same amount which In my case was hundreds of pounds.

I have reached out to the support team and will update this accordingly.
