I have been going to pal's shop for around 10 years now and I won't go to another vape shop. They have a massive range of products to choose from (sometimes too many) and the knowledge that the staff has is second to none

The Capital Clouds experience is a step above the rest. The staff are friendly and have great customer service skills. The shops are full of quality merchandise of all types for every type of vaping need. I will always and have highly recommended this shop to everyone I speak to that ask about vaping. I can't rate them high enough! I give them 6 out of 5!!

They have it all by far the best and biggest selection of liquids and hardware that I have seen in any vape shop. I highly recommend them.

Hadn't used this company before, they came up on a search for a replacement QP Designs RTA tank I had been struggling to find. Saw a few positive reviews on here and gave them a go. All the positive reviews here are accurate, I have no hesitation in recommending them. Got a courtesy call off customer services too! They will get all my future business.

Where do I start, this shop has so many positives for me. I tried vaping over a decade ago, I never got the contentment I needed, and gave up. I tried again last year and found some disposables that hit the spot, but they were expensive, I was recommended to another vape shop, and left fairly content, but just could not find the right flavours for my delight.

Upon chance, I wandered into Capital Clouds, they had a very comprehensive range of flavours to choose from, my journey to vaping was looking like it was secured. However, I was not completely content.

Another few visits later, and I got the chance to speak with the owner Pali, this was the turning point for me, Pali asked what I wanted from vaping, I said it was the flavour, from the 100’s of vaping devices, he put three in front of me, and explained the differences, I left and did my own research.

The next week I returned to speak again with Pali, as I had further questions, with his help, I selected my next gadget, and left with it after a crash course in how to use it. My new device hit the spot, and I returned to buy another as backup for when charging, as my other devices were now unpalatable.

The shop can be busy at times, but Pali knows his customers, and can switch from serving those that need comprehensive advice, to his regulars that now what the want, and need a quick in and out turnaround.

As others have said, the service is very, very good. The shop is fully stocked, the choice is vast, and the advice is second to none. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, but Pali is the expert if you need comprehensive advice.

I can’t recommend this shop enough, if you are new to the scene looking to try it out, or an old timer, this must be one of the very best paces to visit. Thank you, Pali, for all your help and advice. A very, very satisfied customer, see you again soon.
