Dealing with this company was, in the end, a failure. They responded promptly when I asked about customised caps for an event over a month away, but it took too long to get an acceptable mock-up; they then lengthened the time for production at the last minute so that it was impossible for them to deliver.
Their initial design (they were simply copying the words and font from an image) was poor, but after a number of detailed reviews and comments from me with screenshots showing my necessary changes to fonts, spacing, centering, size of letters, it was 95% correct (although annoyingly I never received any design showing measurements). I had tried to speed this process up by showing them the actual cap they were to copy but they are overseas and have no physical presence in the UK. I was then informed that now they needed another 20-25 business days (a time period that was beyond the date for the event, as set out in my initial email). Their response was that they never asked for money upfront, so therefore I was not prejudiced…!
Fortunately a friend put me in touch with another company that completed that entire process - design, images, delivery - in 15 days, so they were there for my event.

I wish I read the other reviews before trusting this company. I purposely went to a company based in the UK not China and whilst their website deceives you into thinking that this company is reputable and produces quality items, the reality is far from that.
The order took over 2 months to arrive from approving the design. Instead of coming from the UK, they arrive from Pakistan. I wouldn't normally have an issue with this but out of 12 caps 9 of them are absolutely filthy. There was zero effort to provide any decent packaging or protection for the caps and they were just shoved into a cardboard box. Since sending my complaint emails, I have predictably heard absolutely nothing from the company. Appalling everything. It was expensive and a complete waste of money.

Ordered custom embordered caps for our company event and honestly wasn't sure what to expect ,but the stitching was sharp, the logo came out exactly as I sent it ,and they arrived well within the deadline without me having to chase anyone.

Do not commission this company for any of your merchandise. 1) You will not get your items in time 2) You will doubt whether they even exist and 3) The customer service is better off non existent than what they provide. Do avoid at all costs.

Very poor. Avoid as it was not a great experience and the quality is way off the mark. i thought i had been scammed at first but then the caps did eventually turn up. However, the quality is not there. It also took a long time to get the caps which was puzzling until the shipment came with the origin being Karachi Pakistan. so essentially your are getting cheap rip offs. On the order i specifically asked for a brand cap of a certain style. These did not materialise but i did get a cheap rip off version. would i use them again, no chance. would i recommend them to friends, no chance

So after my last review.. I said I would remove after receiving my 12 caps. They arrived today. Utterly disappointed. They were diabolical. They were dirty.. dusty.. wonky.. caps were very bad quality. I contacted them within an hour to let them them know how disappointed I was . I have heard nothing all day . Long story short I had used some of my redundancy money to start a new project for myself. 600 pounds completely wasted. I cannot begin to explain how bad they are. There is no way I could even sell one of them on. I doubt I will ever receive a refund.. hence this review. Avoid at all costs .

Ive honestly had a horrible experience with them.

I wanted to have a sample made, and they were nice and welcoming. But once I wanted to get started, they didnt offer any deposit or payment at delivery. They just pressed for an up front payment

I proceeded. The whole design process took about two months. I kept giving them all of the images and designs I wanted, they kept responding with altered designs, different to what I sent. They took so long with emails as well.

The manufacturing process took very long. Kept getting messages that their “sample machine had broken”… after a month or so, they had finally finished making the Hat. It looked absolutely nothing like the images I had sent, looked very creased as well. I asked for a refund to which they offered a partial refund, and I was too fed up to deal with them anymore so I accepted and asked for the hat to not be sent to me either as I did not want it.

It has been months now, I keep reaching out to them for an update on the refund and nothing has happened.

I am posting an updated review as my full order has now been received.

The quality of the finished caps is excellent, but Caps Company really need to work on their customer service.

However, they came good in the end.

I ordered caps for my university tournament and i am highly impressed by their amazing quality. From design to color everything was on point and my teak loved it.
