I wanted to order a wireless bluetooth adapter. That is ALL I wanted. Only one. As I was working through the order process, the web-site kept offering to upgrade my order to more units. I declined both attempts. then I was told I was the 1 millionth customer and to choose an item that appeared on the screen. Only all these items had prices and there was no way to escape the screen except to move forward. By the time I got to the checkout screen(they already had my card info) I was looking at the bluetooth device I wanted and now there was an additional charge for a warranty which was never mentioned and ALLof the millionth c ustomer items had been added to the order. I imeediately contacted customer service in writing and called them telling them to cancel the order. I was assured by the customer service rep.(Raffy) that my order would be cancelled and I would receive a confirmation e-mail. The e-mail I received said the order had already gone to shipping and could not be stopped. I replied and requested to have a pre-paid, pre-addressed label sent to me so I could return the order. I made it clear I did not want the merchandise. A second e-mail from customer service said upon receipt of the merchandise to contact customer service for return instructions. These guys are sooooo shady it hurts. I have made my card holder aware of all of the above.

My only hope is PayPal will refund me but was told I have to wait until the 15th of may for this to happen to give the merchant time for goods to arrive. Not hopeful judging by other comments here.

Again I contacted support and Leo was very helpful, explained that I was going to get information to return the order to carconnect after filling out the surgery that Leo at support send me. I will wait for the product return information.
With several email forward and back all involved very helpfull with a great response time. Thanks guys.
The customer support I received from Carconnectpro was quick, hence the three star rating, but not entirely satisfactory. When I wanted to return the item I purchased they told me that I could keep the item and they would give me a 25% refund, I refused and asked for the return address once again, then they offered me 45% refund and said I could keep the product, I accepted just to get rid of any further hassle. I never did receive a return address. Also their 90 day return policy is not valid, they told me it was only 30 days from the day the item is received, so it appears to be false advertising. The item I received was definitely not new, it looked used and had a bunch of scratches on it, I think it was a previously returned item because it didn't work properly. To finalize I have a useless item and almost half my money back, and Carconnectpro have more than half of my money and have gotten rid of a useless product. I will not buy anything from this Company again, future buyers beware!

I made a purchase using the Paypal Express checkout option.
Nowhere did it mention shipping costs or extended warranty, yet I was charged for both. These charges would have been a consideration before I chose to complete my purchase.
The company should be upfront with any additional charges and not hide or obfuscate these details.
My Credit Card company, through PayPal also flagged it as a risky transaction.
Finally, I could see no indication on the site to indicate that the purchase was in USD. Most sites I visit and purchase from know where I am and asjust the currency accordingly.
My purchase hasn't arrived yet and I have received no shipping information. I am now hoping that I do get what I have paid money for.

Ordered an AA wireless adaptor but ended up paying for 3 other items I hadn't ordered or confirmed that I wanted to buy. Within half an hour of ordering I contacted them to cancel my order only to be told that I couldn't as it had already been dispatched!!! Their refund terms state you can cancel within 12 hours - so much for that!
* Update so far, 12 hours after they appeared on my bill, I raised a fraudulent transaction claim, for the 3 additional items I hadn't ordered. PayPal agreed and have refunded me for these items.
I also opened a case, through PayPal, to obtain a refund for the adaptor (and the extended warranty they added on without asking) as I cancelled within the time they specified. No reply from the supplier as of yet.

Hard to really rate it just after ordering. It should be after delivery the rating is applied 😀
Ordered product by mistake the team reversed the sale and credited PayPal within the hour. Excellent service.
Easy ordering but too many 'special offers' to navigate.
Would give no stars if I could. Paid, got no confirmation email. Contacted company- got the run around ie my address was incomplete which it wasn't. Lots of lies. Got this company off a google ad for a car play adapter- i think google should better vet their ads as this company is fraudulent

I just saw this happened to someone else so I thought I should leave a review too.
I placed an order but the checkout screen is confusing. It makes it look like it is going to give you a discount for ordering 2 each but then it adds an additional two making 4 each.
I contacted them right away to ask and remove the other two but they said it was too late because they already shipped. Over two weeks later I followed up because I have no updates.
They just sent me tracking and it just left China two days ago. So its been over three weeks now and I am still waiting on my items so I cam return the two I never needed that have been charged on my credit card this whole time.

If I could rate less than one star I would. Ordered on April 12, 2026. After trying to get through the additional upsell of unlimited items, I thought I had made it to the order finish page, only to see two extra items along with an additional charge for a warranty, and payment was processed. I immediately called a phone number told them of what had occurred and that I had no use for the additional two times, the person told me he would send a message to the warehouse, but it would take up to an hour before they could see the order. 26 minutes later I emailed customer service and received a response that they were working on my order and would send me a reply. After hearing nothing for an hour, I emailed again and was told it was too late to cancel any or all of the order, but that they have a generous 30 day return policy for anything I do not want or need. I emailed back expressing my concerns of this being a dishonest business practice and poor customer service. I received an email explaining that these orderes are "pre packaged " based on popular items sold, all they have to do is put a label on them and they're out the door. Today is 4/23/26, and I still have no shipping information, no tracking information, and no further correspondence.

Firstly, the I found the website is misleading in the way they charge. They sneakily add a warranty etc to the cost without a final checkout screen.
Secondly, it's over a week and my item has still not been shipped. However, all the customer support emails are AI driven and it's been useless in getting any sort of meaningful investigation to what's happening. Awful customer experience

After a initial delay with shipping, and once in contact with customer support, things got moving, regular updates culminating in a link to track my order. Thankyou team, great job.
No sure if you're company is responsible for a debit against my Australian bank account it may have been a Fraud intrusion from a 2nd party however my financial institution has launched an investigation l hope your goodwill will win out and return funds to my account forthwith as a 67 year old Australian Army Veteran l can't afford these attacks on my account please do your " Due diligence " on your procedures and activities to reaffirm your company standards?

They add items to your cart and if you don't notice the fine print to unselect these added items, then it is very easy to inadvertently pay for them, as they also don't have a final payment confirmation page. Very sneaky. I called them out on it as I stupidly had 4 extra items (when I only needed one) added to my order, but they refused to refund!
Reply: that is a blatant lie. I had 4 extra items added to my cart that I did not choose. I had to unselect them at the final step, but as the unselect is written in a much smaller font, it's very hard to miss (which I did). If you don't see it and unselect it, and then press continue, you are instantly charged for everything, included the added items.
Despite my contacting them immediately and requesting they remove and refund the added items, they delayed for 12hrs, and then said it was too late to remove them from the order as the warehouse had already packed the items. The so-called resolution that was offered is that they would post the items to me in Australia, and I could the return them at my expense!
