Mainly, I found the process somewhat tricky, as it isn't explained anywhere on their website directly about how to use their services. Particularly if you are a seller. It is not in your favour to have to take control of your own business, as it were.
Though I found the 'Ask any question', via email service feature very useful indeed and incredibly supportive, whatever your compliment/complaint, required. I, personally especially recommend the lad Conner D for your endeavours, he was immensely caring and sincere during my requirements. Fulfilled all of them to a high standard of customer care.

Brilliant. First time I have used cards2cash and was so easy to do. Took about 4 weeks to sell and you can track progress. Once it's sold there is a 2 week quarantine period before your payment is made. I received an email saying that the payment has been credited to my account. Thankyou cards2cash.

Gift card not of advertised value, avoid.
Gift card purchased was of a different value than advertised, customer service refusing to issue refund despite not receiving what I paid for. Now have to wait three working days while they investigate when all I need is a refund.

Really happy with website - quick and easy process
This was my first time using a website like this so I was a bit skeptical. I first bought a low-value gift card to test it out and the code arrived immediately to my email so I was able to use it straightaway. I then bought a higher value gift card and it was the same. Really quick and easy process and I saved £60 thanks to Cards2Cash! I also used the customer service chat function before purchase and they were really helpful with my enquiry. Overall, I'm really happy with this website and will definitely use again!

First thing is I had to remind you to make the payment. Next important thing is the agreed amount was 43 pound and that now you transfered only 41 pound. Again I lost 2 pound.

You sold 3 gift cards with us, 2 were paid the very next day, and the other card was paid 14 days after it had sold, to which you agreed would be acceptable when you sold your gift card, (the whole process took 15 days). Checking your original confirmation email you agreed to our quote of £41, we never told you the payment would be £43.
