Small company so deal direct with owner, which is good. I bought 3 Wentworth Wooden Jigsaws at great price re a limited timescale sale discount at end of June. Parcelled up very well and sent quickly. One jigsaw arrived with a bit of what I'd call shelf wear (not damaged in transit) - the eco friendly jigsaw boxes of Wentworth are susceptible to this re all paper and cardboard based, no plastic mix and easily can get marked or the jigsaw picture label scuffed or torn. This one had minor wear to it's lid picture, that just marred it abit as isn't pristine as should of been. Was the last one in stock so offered I could return but no replacement available. Would just of been better if seller had checked and noticed the wear and declared before sending so could of had option of changing order. Even buying in sale expect new jigsaws to be pristine including their jigsaw box re it's part of the item, if it doesn't say otherwise. If it had been bought as a gift, then I would of returned it as wouldn't of been acceptable.
