Zero if I could. I ordered some kits from them 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive.i have at this point requested a refund and a reply.

ZERO STARS!! Absolutely NOT WHAT IS SHOWN IN THEIR ADS!
PRODUCT IS LITERAL TRASH! After taking 6 weeks to receive, it went right in the garbage.
BE AWARE! MAJOR SCAM!

If I could give less than one star I would. The three products I bought were of poor quality and not the size of art represented on their website. I tried to contact them with their email address and my email was returned to me as undeliverable. I would not buy anything from this site. I also chose to not get the shipping insurance but I was charged for it anyways.

I ordered and received three ornament kits. The kits are nicely put together but the directions are extremely vague, even for an experienced crafter. I reached out to the company asking for cutting directions/pattern for the petals. Nothing.
I do not recommend ordering these kits, they are pricey, the directions are horrible, and the customer service is even worse.

I want to echo every review I have read and wish I would have read before ordered. Not advertised. Tiny. Got email stating ran out of stock. Finally got 6 weeks after ordered but when I tried to complain or get my money back crickets. Not America company ships from China. Sham sham sham stay away

1 star is too high. I purchased from this company and the materials are not as stated.The sea glass is paper thin and have an adhesive backing. No glue included with kit (adhesive paper backing) so cheap. I have contacted the company but no one will respond

If I could I wouldn't even give this a 1-star rating. First off I ordered on August 6, 2026 and only received my order after sending two emails, it arrived today Sept 15, 2026! The SEA GLASS ART KIT pictured on the website as well as my confirmation email showed ACTUAL sea glass. What I received was plastic puzzle pieces that you had to PEEL OFF THE BACKING to STICK ON A SMALL PIECE OF FOAM BOARD! There was NOT ONE PIECE OF SEA GLASS IN THE ENTIRE "ART KIT"! Additionally, the website clearly stated "A trusted AMERICAN company" with a picture and statement that gave all indications that what they said was a true statement. Shame on me for not checking out this company better because it is NOT only NOT an AMERICAN company (return/refund info on website give an origin of China) it certainly CANNOT be trusted!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THESE!!!

The only thing I got from them was an order confirmation. Now 6 weeks later, still nothing, no shipping notification, and no response to THREE emails I’ve sent to the email they provide for help or questions. I looked on Amazon for the same product…it’s there under another company name but also tons of reviews saying it took months to get their item. Thankfully I used a credit card and not a debit card, so I have disputed it with my CC company. I KNOW BETTER than to order from social media but it sucked me in. I thought I’d done my research by Googling them separately, which resulted in what looked like a legitimate saying they were an American company, which is a LIE. Google it and you’ll find they are from CHINA.

Complete scam. Thankfully my bank caught it.

This is not a USA company. Items are shipping from China. I never received my items from them after a month waiting. I e-mailed them and insisted on a refund. The refund showed up on my credit card statement today. This is the email that I sent. Feel free to copy and paste. You will need to add your oder numbers where mine used to be and add your name after “thank you”

I have tried contacting the company several times after not receiving my order and still have gotten no answer. So, terrible customer service, does not seem like they ship from anywhere in the US because it has taken so long. It has been over a month with no delivery. I want to cancel but no one will answer.

I’ve placed an order on 8/16/26. I recently sent an email to their customer service link and have heard nothing. I would like to know the status of my order.

The website clearly says Made in USA, and promises quick processing and shipping of all orders. I placed my Order on 8/5 and as of 8/26 haven't gotten an email notification of shipping OR gotten the order delivered. I e-mailed customer service to inquire, and they said it takes 2-20 days to get an order. They also provided, at my request, 2 links for tracking. The first link only displayed a blank page. The other link shows my order was received and has been waiting in CHINA for carrier pick-up since 8/15. I do not have much confidence in ever receiving this order.
