I have had a lovely lady called Aliyah look after me throughout my purchasing a new car journey and she has been absolutely wonderful! Nothing was to much hassle, provided me with so much knowledge and answered all my questions, she would also go and find my answers if she didn’t have the answers I needed.
Purchasing a new vehicle brought me a lot of anxiety which Aliyah supported me with night and day for over a week! Honestly couldn’t recommend more- this lady is such a credit to the company!

Wow what an experience! I was so nervous about financing a car especially for the very first time! But Aliyah has been fantastic! She went through every detail with me and made sure that it was what I wanted to do, no pressure and no rush! She was brilliant 🤩 definitely recommend

I have never experienced so much faffing around and information requests for borrowing a relatively small amount of under 4K. I nearly cancelled but the Manager dealing with it was seriously professional and empathic and it eventually went through, long AFTER the finance company who I have used for years with zero problems released the funds. I have an good credit report with zero problems all my adult life. I am 74 now so this companies behaviour came as a genuine shock.

The experience was excellent. Everything went smoothly, the process was clear, and the staff were helpful throughout. I’m very satisfied with how easy and efficient the whole experience was. Thank you!
