Their team is completely uncoordinated with each of them providing different answers when you speak to them about the availability of cars. I called up every day for a week to ask when a car would be ready to view, each day a different person would give me a different day that the car would be available. When the car was finally ready and being brought to their showroom that day, i arranged to come and view the car within the hour, i was booked in and had to arrange substantial plans to ensure that i could travel a long distance to view the car with the view to purchase it on the same day. After rushing around to arrange transport and driving over an hour to get to their site, i got a call when i was 2 miles away to say they had since sold the car. Staff didnt really seem to care and had no common courtesy to their customer.

Do not use this company through Motorway!!! Sold my car and when they arrived they wanted to knock £300 off the sold price for brake discs (based off a picture). My partner is a mechanic so questioned it as there is nothing wrong with them! The man on the phone then back tracked and said well our mechanics said there might be! We could also hear the dealer on the phone to the company collecting the vehicle pushing him to say there was something wrong with the outside of the car - any excuse to be able to knock money off!! They reduced price to £150 after I said no not selling. We’ve asked for proof that they are replacing the brake discs but will never see that as they are absolute scammers!!

Hiltop Cargem garage - avoid!
I sold my car to the Hiltop Cargem garage via Motorway.
One hour after the inspection by a third party had taken place, I received a call from the garage ro offer me a lower price for my car, under the guise of the car needing new brake pads, which it did not. I had to barter the price up again over 2 calls, eventually splitting the difference, so at a lower price than that they bid 2 weeks ago. This is the reason I went to Motorway, to avoid this nonsense. Ive raised a grievance with Motorway, and with Cargem.

Great experience using the distant sale
I found a car I liked and I used the distant sale to try the car out as I wasn't able to visit. Though it was impeccable, verified by my mechanic and just as advertised, I decided not to keep the car for other reasons and I had a wholly positive experience in returning the car and receiving my full refund. I was really impressed with the Salesperson Thusan who arranged delivery of the car and the Customer Services manager Kishmala who arranged the return, both provided exceptional service and professionalism and I would recommend Cargem to others.

Rainham car dealership
I brought a car from the London branch. Initially I thought the service was good and queries answered timely. A little pushy and unprofessional but I expect that from car dealers.
Then came the shocker...Jahid knew that I travelled 3.5 hours to get my vehicle, and after checking before I travelled it was not ready. It had not passed the final safety checks nor had it been valeted as promised.
The condition of the vehicle was not as described, I was told lies about previous use and when querying the checks my vehicle had undertaken, a manager was very rude, lacked integrity and was patronising.
Nikki finally took over, and things went a little more smoothly.
I was asked to sign the wrong contract and the entire customer service was appalling.
I now have issues with my vehicle, I have been told it is unsafe to drive but the RAC platinum policy that I was given, for such a bad experience, does not assist.
I was told that whilst it is unsafe to drive, I have to until it breaks, as the RAC will not pay out.
Aftercare have now told me to return the vehicle to them.
They expect me to drive 3 hours in a faulty car, which may cause an accident. Clearly, not thinking about the consequences on insurance policies, safely of myself or other road users.
Let alone the time, money and inconvenience I would have to risk this.
I asked for my money back, which is less than forthcoming, and I feel that I may have to resort to the media to highlight this dealerships service.
Please don't make the same terrible mistake I have.
