If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.
I ordered a window button replacement for my car, and still nothing months later.
No tracking number, no postage email, no update. NOTHING.
I read reviews on ‘Shop’ and they were good, so I thought I would try them as I couldn’t find a replacement for my car anywhere. Would rather have a broken button than buy from them ever again.
$80 down the drain, when I’m already living on carer’s payment and get next to nothing as a payment. They’d rather have money in their pockets by scamming than being genuine people/business.

If I could leave negative Stars I would but it's partly my own fault for not checking reviews before ordering. This is by far the worst customer service company I have ever encountered in my life. I purchased an item that was the wrong size I attempted to call them multiple times on the only phone number I could find constant busy signals for days so I reached out via email never received a response to two or three emails so I disputed the charge with my credit card company magically two weeks later I got a response to my email but you could tell they never read the original email it was either AI or a canned response at the same time my credit card denied the claim due to documentation so I reopened the claim and provided as much documentation as I could magically two weeks after reopening the claim I got another email reply. Within minutes I replied to that email that has been 3 months ago and I have still never heard a word from them

I had a real good experience with this company, good product and prompt delivery.

This company must have a new CEO. The Motorkote I bought $50 16 oz arrived in 7 days. From Texas to New York then to Canada and then to Vancouver Island. Shipping was $15 Canadian. Thats way below true cost to Carkart. So they deserve 5 stars. Note they were only company where I get Motorkote a low price

£26 was taken from my account for Griot’s Garage Ceramic 3-in-1 Wax and I received nothing — no order confirmation, no product, and zero response to emails. This is not a minor delay; it’s a complete failure of basic order handling and customer service. I am now preparing to recover my money through a bank chargeback. Buy elsewhere

I bought neoprene seat covers for my 2003 Jeep TJ. They said they wouldn’t stain. All I got was mud on them and it wouldn’t wash out of the yellow color. I contacted them three times no response. I would never buy anything from this company again. Purchase date below is not accurate as I’m not at home to look it up.

Sent me one transmission fluid I ordered and then sent a different kind and crossed out both part numbers a wrote a new made up part number when I question them about it they claim they only sent one I want my money back I payed a rediculous price to get an exact part number I want my $106 back

Massive scam. Do not use.
Ordered a roof rack from the website, got a confirmation email and shipping details but when we checked the shipping it said '0000'. Then got a "delivery' confirmation (no product arrived). Then got a 'how did we do email' - have now emailed 4 or 5 times and no response. I don't think this is poor service or an error, this is very clearly just a scam.

If I could put a 0 for a star I would I ordered a part never received it and have sent 5 emails and 3 voicemail no response back I am reporting them absolutely horrible

Unfortunately I can’t leave zero stars or would have done PLEASE NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS JOKE OF A GARAGE !!!!!!! We purchased a car from here last year which is not fit for purpose … had trouble with it from the off … had to call the RAC out 6 times since purchasing it in November … they didn’t want to know when we took it back and flatly refused to give us our money back … we had a 2 year warranty which is a joke … aftercare is shocking … we are now in the process of taking this joke of a company to court and we will do ANYTHING we can to stop any other decent person from buying a car from here …. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. !!!!

I read bad reviews about Carkart after I order a metal cover for burners in my camping trailer. I was concerned that I might not received my order afterall. But 9 days later I received an email from Dragonfly that they received the package for delivery. They delivered the package the next day. Completed satisfied. Package in good condition. Can't have been better.

I made an order with CarKart on a Tuesday. I received an email confirming my order and my payment within just a few hours. 2 days go by and I noticed I hadn't even received confirmation of my order being shipped to me. 4 days go by and not a word about the $88+ order I made on CarKart.com. On the 5th day I decided to send them an email for an update. In that email I asked if my order has been shipped yet because I cannot see any information about the order I made. I also told them that if it has not been shipped yet I would like to cancel the order. Would you believe that they have not even taken the time to respond to my email. I found out that order was cancelled through my bank informing me of a refund to be posted by carkart. I do not recommend Car kart! They take your money with no intentions of completing your order. Carkart DOES NOT value there customers!

Do not do business with this unethical company. They ignored my request to cancel my order, charged my for "free delivery" and will not respond to my request to return the product.
They suck!!!

Never ordered anything from this site before but had a charge on my VISA. Called my credit card company right away and reported it as a fraudulent charge. I did call the number on the carkart website but the computer voice seemed a little suspicious so i hung up.

Wow! Good luck with this company. Ordered a truck bed extender, received an email almost immediately telling me they were out of stock with no known instock date and asking me to respond by phone OR email to tell them if I wanted to cancel. I called (turned out to be a Google Voice number) and got a full mailbox recording, then emailed to cancel. Subsequently I went online and ordered from Amazon. Two days later I got a tracking number from Carkart saying my delivery would arrive TODAY! I emailed saying I had already purchased from someone else. I got a reply with an invitation to call a different number to discuss. Again, another Google Voice number with a full mailbox. And a reply to an email that gave me the tracking number and evidence that it had been delivered. And adding that if i wanted to return I would have to pay return shipping and a 25% restocking fee - no exceptions. I had no faith that I'd be able to connect (or work anything out) with these guys so I reluctantly return the extender to Amazon, paying return shipping. A day or so later I got an email from Carkart with my return shipping label. ???????? A disaster from start to finish. Your first clue I guess should be a business where the customer service reps each have different Google Voice virtual phone numbers with full mailboxes. An absolutely disgusting experience, but in all honesty, my guess is its the rule not the exception. Run don't walk from this company.

Ordered some carbon fiber wrap for my vehicle interior. The wrap they sent looked nothing like the pictures displayed on google or their site, and in fact nothing like carbon fiber.

I called the customer service number on the website and got someone from india who barely spoke english and was utterly useless in helping me find a solution.

After the 20% "restocking fee" + return shipping + my time, its going to be cheaper to eat the cost than to return it.

Thieves , they steal your money then pretend they don't know what your talking about.
