From the first phone call to receiving my car the service from TVL was second to none,
Scott Rigg was very helpful when I needed assistance with any paperwork and the car arrived when they said it would, I will be using them again.

Very quick & efficient service, although my vehicle was a stock model, hence the speed. That doesn't take anything away from the spped at which paperwork was prepared & sent & response time to queries.
Scott Rigg was very helpful & explained everything clearly.
I highly recommend TVL & expect i will be cack again for my next upgrade.

This is the second time I have used Total Vehicle leasing and very happy with the service I received. Everyone was always courteous and friendly and easy to get back to.

First time I have used Total Vehicle Leasing Ltd and could not be more impressed with the level of customer service I received from the start of the process until delivery and after. Great communication from everyone involved, especially Scott & Lee, who kept me informed of progress and kept in touch after delivery to check things were to my requirements. Would not hesitate recommending if you are looking at leasing. I will be using again in the future. 👍👍

Got my wifes new car from Total Vehicle Leasing and they were exceptional. I have had lease cars in the past and not had anywhere near this level of customer service.
Kept me up to date every step of the way - replied as soon as I had any queries and set the delivery date at the start and stuck to it.
Good price for the car as well. No complaints whatsoever!

This was my first time leasing and Scott and the team were great in answering all my questions. Very happy with the deal I got on my new car, not sure why I didn't start leasing years ago!

Our experience was trouble free, with a last minute requirement.
Application for an account and finance was straight forward and quick.
Dealt with on a professional and friendly basis.

Very happy with service from Scott. Competitive price and slick execution. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service and support from Scott and Lee as always - thank you!

Very helpful, very good price and was pushed through very quickley

Scott and the team were extremely helpful from start to finish regarding our new car lease plan. The price was very competitive and the service superb throughout.

Great service from start to finish, fast response to all calls and emails which really helped the process. They are guaranteed my business for my next car lease.

Brilliant to work with on a personal lease, always kept in touch and at the end of the phone for any questions. Resolved a supply issue caused by COVID by sourcing an even better car. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I received an extremely good offer on a Tesla from Total Vehicle Leasing which other websites could not match. Scott guided me through the process and kept me informed of latest developments. Everything went very smoothly and I will almost certainly approach them again when my new lease expires.

I am really happy with the service I received, Scott was very helpful and available for all my questions and concerns, he did run the whole process as smoothly as possible for me.
Thank you

Brilliant service from Scott, Lee and Andrew. Paperwork from the funder was delayed (not TVL's fault, it was down to the funder), kept me updated and arranged delivery in double quick time once sorted. Pleasure to deal with and really competive price on my car. Will definitely be recommending them to others

Excellent service provided by Jane Bate, took good notice of my requirements and went the extra mile to find suitable quotes, a real asset to this company...many thanks again Jane for all your help.

Absolute pleasure to deal with! Would definitely recommend.

I dealt with Scott and Andrew at TVL and i couldn’t be happier with the service throughout, from the start when Scott was having issues to get stock on the GLB I wanted to Andrew dealing with delays on delivery and registration.
I felt though out they both took on board all my questions and concerns and understanding the importance on getting me this family car.
I would have no hesitation in recommending TVL for your next vehicle. I am absolutely delighted with my new car. Thank you so much.

I dealt with Scott to enquire about leasing a VW e-golf and right from the start of the process he was really informative and responsive.
Ran the process very smoothly and kept me up to date when needed.
Very well recommended company and hope to do business with them again next year when my other car comes out of its lease
