Very pleased with the result for a challenging project.

Very professional and good service

Outstanding communication. Everyone who visited the house from initial assessment to electricians, plasterers, decorators and plumbers were polite, informative and courteous. Highly recommend and I will use in the future.

The Carlitos team refitted our bathroom and kitchen following water damage. The kitchen ceiling had to be removed due to asbestos content and the bathroom floor was replaced and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better company to take on the work.

The quality of the workmanship was just perfect. Every aspect was completed to an incredibly high standard, and the whole team were reliable, tidy, polite and professional throughout.

A special mention has to go to Tracey, who was absolutely fantastic keeping us updated throughout the whole process. Tracey was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed her and her level of communication and support made such a difficult and stressful time so much easier for us.

We genuinely felt looked after from beginning to end, and the finished work has returned our home to its original condition.

We would 100% recommend Carlitos Group to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and trustworthy building company. Thank you so much to Carlos, Tracey magic Mark and the whole team for everything you did for us!

Everyone turned up as planned, clean and tidy tradesmen, great comms from the office. Happy to recommend.

We found the whole team to be absolutely amazing.
All the trades were efficient, helpful, kind , reliable and respectful.
They are very much a family oriented company with a great work ethic and constantly interested in our welfare.
Of course we would highly recommend them to care for any project you may involve them in.

We had someone smash in to are wall and rung are insurance, Carlito turned up on time and explained the steps we need to go though to get are wall re built. Very knowledgeable, professional, and happy to help.

Outstanding service from the fitters to the office staff. Thank you so much.

Carlito's carried out a ceiling replacement and redecoration following an upstairs water leak. They were professional and kept me informed throughout the process. The work carried out was excellent with the tradesmen doing a quality job. Thank you to Carlos, Tracey and team

Carlito's did everything they could to help up during a very difficult kitchen replacement. They went above and beyond to get things moving and exceed our expectations. Thank you to the Carlito's team!

We recently used Calitios Group and were extremely impressed with the service received from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The quality of work was excellent, communication was clear throughout, and everything was completed to a high standard.
A genuine pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending Calitios Group to others. Thank you for providing such a positive experience.
Highly recommended!

What can I say about the Carlito's Group, well lets start by saying I had 4 kitchens fitted by Mark from the Carlito's group and all 4 were were fitted to the highest standard, in fact I didnt want any other fitter than Mark, he was that good. All 4 of my residents love there kitchens. I had regular touch with Tracey from the office through out each stage, if there was a problem she would sort it. I rate them 10 out 10 from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone, in fact they would be the only kitchen fitters I will be using ever again.

I am disabled and Carlitos managed and fitted my accessible kitchen. It is a very small space and some aspects were tricky for the fitter and plumber, but they persevered and, as a result, I have the kitchen I wanted and needed.

The quality of the work is outstanding and everyone involved was just so helpful. I think each and every one of the tradespeople did something additional for me to make it better / easier. Certainly all of them were professional, respectful and friendly, which counts for a lot when people are in your house!

I was so pleased that Carlitos was involved because the way it works is that they take the stress and strain out of everything. I was a bit dubious at first, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Even when plans changed or parts of the order were missing, I didn't have to worry because Tracey at Carlitos solved all the problems. I'm just so grateful to Tracey (who is really lovely and couldn't be more helpful) and to everyone!

Very happy with roofing repair to our porch. Scope and timeframe agreed in advance, work completed to a high standard.

Carlitos recently carried out a kitchen refit at my home. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism, helpfulness and excellent communication. In particular Tracey, who was very supportive and always kept in touch. The Trades that Carlitos have to carry out all the works needed were excellent too.

Carlitos were excellent from start to finish. Tracy was in touch regularly to organise scheduling, which was fab. Jay, who fitted the kitchen, was absolutely excellent we were amazed at what he got done in 4 days due to it being a bank holiday. Jay’s attention to detail was fantastic and our new kitchen looks incredible. Thank you

Carlitos was doing an insurance claim for a water leak in my mum’s kitchen. Mum’s 92 . Right from the start at the first consultation they were very reassuring and talked through exactly what had to be done . We had a few unforeseen issues eg asbestos tiles on floor but nothing fazed them they just got on with the job . All tradesmen turned up on time and worked to a high standard and respectful to property . And as for Tracey she was outstanding kept us informed on everything, nothing to much trouble life line at the end of the phone she’s brilliant. We would highly recommend Carlitos awesome company Big Thank you to all

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Carlitos . Tracey was excellent in keeping us informed about dates for the work and checking up that we were happy with everything . They are definitely a company we will use again .

This company made me feel that they cared about our home. The communication was second to none, in my view. Tracy was extremely helpful and nothing seemed like too much trouble. I would certainly use this company again
