SCARY! Run Away!
I put in an order (over $600) through their website. Paypal and visa processed the payment but their site crashed. It left my order in the shopping cart. I had no order number or instructions on how to proceed.
I sent an email but got no response so I phoned them. Very first thing out of the guys mouth was "do not phone this line for Carmo issues, email only". I explained that I tried that but didn't get a response. He reluctantly looked up my ordere and said he would fix it next week and send me an email. I asked why so long? His answer was that it was "I don't know where you are but it's winter in Toronto" and he didn't go to the shop.
The guy was rude and quite belligerent.
My one star is that he refunded my order very quickly.
