I do not recommend ANYONE to use this absolutely abysmal company. 3 months ago I purchased a car from a dealership, and the car was severely unfit for purpose, the list of faults with the car was absolutely endless. Needless to say I initiated a rejection which I am in my full rights to do. After 8 weeks of initially emailing car money to reject the car, I still had no response from CarMoney after many calls/emails and texts. They kept me in the dark about everything, leaving it up to me to be the one to chase for information. Finally after 3 MONTHS…YES 3 MONTHS, they arranged for the car to be collected. They didn’t even confirm the car was rejected, they just said it was being collected. It’s now been 12 days after the car has been collected, and I’ve STILL had no correspondence from carmoney. I have never ever known a company like it. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Great experience from start to finish, very responsive team who assisted me with my car purchase quickly and diligently . I was in a bit of a rush to complete the finance as I had travel plans and CarMoney arranged everything within a couple of days. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to finance their new car. They were also the cheapest quote I received. Special shout out to Rob who was a really friendly guy and very responsive on any queries I had.
