Brilliant customer service. Collected my car on time on arriving and was ready for us on our arrival back.

I’ve had a great experience using meet and greet! The changeover went so smoothly, there was no waiting around upon arrival and when leaving. The staff were so kind and professional. It made my holiday much more easier knowing my car was safe and minutes away from Birmingham airport. I will definitely be using this service again. Thankyou

Was Contact late the night before we were due to fly and told that the carpark was closed and someone now would meet us at the train station and park my car for me. As I have do this before a d my car abused. So opted to park it myself and keep my keys with me. Told them I did sign up for meet a d great a d would like a full refund.. and I've not be able to get through to you ever since. So you have left me no option but to get in touch with the small claims court to get my money back.

The experience was smooth and peaceful, no stress at dropped the car off at the airport were a member of staff was waiting for us and on return the car was waiting for us before come out of the airport very good service and would recommend this service to anyone and it was cheaper than Birmingham airport parking. This is a scam I’ve booked with this company if I can call company the day when I should arrive they send a text to tell they do work at there car park and meet at the train station and phone 30 min before arrival. I did phone them many times and not answer imagine what is happening when I come back 1at clock midnight what change I have to get them in the phone? End off I’ve paid 110£ and park at the airport after I try contact them for my refund with no any answer. Check the reviews before you get scam off this boys. Is a boy left a review few year back with the same story meet at the train station coz they do work in the car park some work for few years . Scam avoid pay wee bit extra and safe.

So good, car picked up when expected car dropped off when expected. Trip to the airport is easy and around 5mins. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend. Paul.

Drop off your car and then they have it ready for you when you come out of the airport on your return.

Not going to lie we was a bit sceptical about using these as I found then online and only used airport parking, but they was brilliant. I absolutely could not fault them at all. Was understanding with the fact the airport went on lock down and still stood with our cars till we arrived. I do highly recommend them 5 star 🌟
