Grant did a great job of cleaning our carpets and sofa. Good communication letting me know what time he was coming as was running ahead of schedule, some stains (dog related) wouldn’t necessarily come out and all the info regarding drying. I asked if he could do some fabric dining chairs as I forgot to mention this when booking but wasn’t a problem and he was happy to do. Professional and helpful. Would definitely use CarpetPro again

Good member of staff, had a sound knowledge of the equipment being used. Made sure to do his best to lift hard stains. Carpets were left like brand new!

Very polite and even arrived early. When fully dried one minor stain remained but to be fair not visible when he took me for a walkthrough before he left.

Can’t fault effort as stain was severe and carpets had 5 years of kids spills and cats but came up new.

Grant has just been to clean 2 rooms, stairs and landing. I have 2 animals and kids (say no more!) my carpets were looking exceptionally grubby but after Grant had finished, they have come up like new and smell amazing! Grant was polite and professional, the communication was great and I will certainly be using Carpet Pro again soon for my sofas and rugs. I highly recommend, thank you Grant!

I booked carpet pro after my dog kindly left me some gifts on my living room carpet that I did not appreciate. Grant turned up on time and was really polite and friendly. He talked me through what he was going to do l, how long it would take and after care etc. he was professional and respectful throughout and I would 100% use them again and recommend them to others. My house feels and smells super clean now.

Grant was fantastic, Carpet and Sofa both look great, had a huge stain from baby sick too, (bright red tomato pasta) and can now barely see it! I was expecting to buy a new carpet!

After 9 years, my carpets had seen some hard times with general use and dog accidents and were badly in need of a clean and refresh! Grant arrived promptly and did an excellent clean and neutralised the dog wee which hopefully will deter future mishaps. He did warn me some staining could remain so I was prepared for my carpets not to look like new. However, despite a few resistant marks, my carpets look so much better. Grant was great - polite, friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend CarpetPro.

Great company and very respectful of my property. Although the carpet cleaner was running late he called to let me know and was really apologetic. I hardly knew he was in the house & he got on with cleaning the two carpets in a quick, efficient and professional manner. Would certainly use this company in the future
