I contacted this company as I was requesting for my 2nd bedroom carpet to be cleaned.
I spoke with Josh, who was polite, very informative, and had availability really quick.
Communication was really good from the first point of call.
I received a telephone call on that day to advise that the carpet man would be there between 2.30pm and 3pm, which he arrived promptly, he explained the process, and did a fantastic job.
Would definitely use carpet cleaning co, again, and highly recommend them!

Josh was brilliant from start to finish. He was so friendly, accommodating and flexible, which made a huge difference when we were moving into our new home on completion day. Having the carpets professionally cleaned was one less thing to worry about, and he worked around us perfectly despite everything being a bit hectic.

Ive used these guys a few times, they've cleaned my sofas in the past and other two times my carpets, they do a fab job.
Carpets look brand new and smell amazing.
They got the stains out of the carpet, that i didn't think would be possible.
They are very polite and friendly. Working hard even in this heat. 💪

Arrived on time. Polite friendly. Extremely professional. Says no to numerous drink offers even though it was quite warm Aaron did not stop from the minute he arrived until the job was finished. Josh was very quick to respond, informative and thorough in assessing end of tenancy carpet cleaning in a split staircase 2 level period property. Great communication before and after the clean. Carpets heavily stained and very smelly from an incontinent pet and a puppy. Arrived on time. Worked hard to leave me with fresh smelling, stain free and almost dry carpets. Followed up with a check in 24 hours later and sent invoice once I was happy. Excellent service. Thoroughly recommend and I will use again.
