I needed new carpets and laminate flooring in a hurry after a flooding incident and Mark was very understanding and came around the same day to measure up and fitted everything within a couple of days. I even chose some blinds too at short notice which also wasn't a problem. I have no hesitation in recommending him and Carpets now 10/10 👌

Won't be having these again they make out you haven't payed when I have got the bank statements to prove it give a 2 only because carpets are nice and fitted nice im not having someone talk over me on phone and basically call me a liar avoid

Got my vinyl fixed the fitter actually did a really good job with double sided sticky tape.i will not be getting anything else from this company ever again

I ordered laminate flooring from Carpets Now, I paid my deposit of £125, then told me the fitter will charge me £175, I told them my son will fit it, they refused to deliver the flooring, they told me I might sell it on, I asked them for my deposit back, they said I can have a refund, minus £35, the man I spoke to on the phone was rude and obnoxious,
Not happy with this company at all, terrible customer service, would NOT recommend them.

Do not order from this company well over priced when I cancelled they did not give me my deposit back what a joke of a company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM GET IT CHEAPER ELSEWHERE!!!! The person was rude on the phone she had bad attitude and did not help me
