Nasty place of business - do not use.
This is the most dishonest dental business I have ever dealt with. All they care about is money, and they will do anything they can to overcharge you.
When I went in for a simple cleaning, they immediately tried to upsell me on unnecessary services and even attempted to scare me into thinking I needed a “special” treatment for my teeth. In the end, they charged roughly five times what a cleaning should cost, and then tried to schedule me for cavity fillings — quoting me over $1,000 for something that should cost a fraction of that. Outrageous.
To make matters worse, after the appointment they contacted me claiming I owed them $540 because they assumed the insurance company would pay them directly. Instead, the insurance company sent the payment to me — which was under $300 — yet they still demanded the full $540 and repeatedly harassed me about it. This was entirely their mistake due to poor billing practices.
Once I canceled my second appointment and requested my medical records, that’s when they really became hostile, insisting I still owed them money.
These people are unprofessional, aggressive, and predatory. I would not recommend them to anyone.
