Emily was really knowledgeable and had a wide range of options. It was so helpful to be able to try different car seats and prams and see which ones also fit with our cars. Definitely recommend!!

Excellent experience
We’ve just bought our second car seat from Emily for our 11 month old. Easy to book the appointment and she was responsive to messaging. Gave us lots of really good advice and tried multiple seats in our car to ensure we got the right one for us and our girl. She also fitted the seats for us and gave us in depth demonstrations to ensure we knew how to adjust and fit them ourselves. I very highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Very friendly & helpful! Got to try lots of different seats on a seat she has in the showroom, then we tried it in our car which I find really helpful! Spending a lot of money on a seat you want to be able to try it out so this was perfect. Very knowledgeable! Thank you

We've had excellent customer service from Emily at Car Seats Plus. From our initial appointment she was very knowledgeable about the car seats and thorough with showing us how to install our new purchase. We've since been back to purchase some accessories for our car seat and have an additional fit check.

Brilliant service, helpful and friendly.
Brilliant service from Emily at Car Seats Plus. We first went in March to buy an ERF seat after my son outgrew his baby carrier. Emily was very prompt replying to my message and during the appointment helpfully demonstrated a few seats we had done some research on and fitted our car with a BeSafe Stretch. This weekend we made a return visit to try a Britax Max-Safe Pro in my husband's car. She was patient with our son who was reluctant to try the seats and we feel confident we have chosen the safest options for our son thanks to her expertise.
