I ordered a product shipped from UK to avoid shipping taxes.
They are instead shipping from HongKong which takes ages and results in huge customs taxes.
Before I accepted the packet they promised to refund the taxes.
But after I payed they are not willing to refund the the taxes any more.

Do not buy from them!!!
There are way better companies out there.

Absolutely the worst ever company i have had the misfortune to deal with.
The Autel scanner arrived and was faulty. I was expected to pay return fees on duff goods. There was no offer of a full refund. After much dialogue via email the customer service experience was atrocious and i waited several days to get replies, all of which unsatisfactory. After much frustration I upgraded to a differnt unit as no replacements were available, only to find that an import tax of £15 was due upon delivery, which took 20 days, just adding to the cost. Not cheap, not friendly and not worth the hassle!!
