Great Product, First Class Support

We chose HaloITSM out of around 40 different platforms, many of which I had previously used. We were firstly attracted by the modern crisp look and feel and simplicity of the product.

We then found it met everything we wanted it do plus more. It's very customisable and we were impressed with the multiple integrations.

The pricing plan of per agent also suited us. We were hoping to introduce a ticketing system for the first time and grow ITSM within the business. HaloITSM allows us to do this at no extra cost for the extra ITSM modules ! You get everything once signed up.

Cartalogic were superb and exceeded our expectations with a full ITSM assessment before and after implementation. The hypercare support we received and in particular the care and attention was first class, Owie was so responsive and helpful during the implementation. ( It really was "hypercare" ! )

All the guys at Cartalogic are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and would highly recommend if you're looking for a full or part ITSM solution for your business.

Halo ITSM Implementation

Halo put me in touch with Cartalogic for our implementation of their ITSM platform. While I was hesitant at first to use a third-party for this, my fears were unnecessary. Cartalogic were very professional and knew the platform very well. We started with a structured approach to the onboarding, but when I mentioned that wasn't what we were looking for they were happy to quickly pivot to a more bespoke solution. We also had a short delivery window and again Cartalogic were happy to compress the rollout schedule, having multiple calls a week. In addtion to this the technicians assigned to our onboarding were very responsive to any additional queries I had via Teams messages.

Nothing negative to say, an easy 5 stars.

Cartalogic helped us to implement & get up & running our new helpdesk for our business and the team at cartalogic were fast paced & very friendly to help setup everything i required.

Nothing was too difficult for the team to help setup for me & we had regular teams calls to look at ways to make the helpdesk better.

Sets you on the right path

In the public sector we sometimes have consultants and contractors who try to make themselves indispensable. We had the opposite experience with Matt. He worked tirelessly to set us on the right path for the long term benefit of the organisation. His deep knowledge of the industry, vendor impartiality and passion to help us rightsize our tools has enabled us save money, reduce complexity and become self sufficient.

Cartalogic went above and beyond from the off. They spent time with us understanding our pain points and not only what we were trying to achieve implementing Halo ITSM, but also understanding the wider areas for the business to work on and improve. Offering support throughout the process. The team at Cartalogic quickly understood our requirements and went over and above our expectations.
I look forward to continue working with them and also implementing future projects with the team.
