The most fake gadget I ever saw. Most useless. Never buy them. I wasted 32 $. I will not recommend anyone. The advertisement was AI generated. Real life it never works like that. Please be informed with such product and share that people will not be fooled.

I ordered the set of vegetable blades. The julienne parer was in a beat up box and when I took it out there was a mystery sticky substance stuck all over it, and the blade was nicked up. Neither was the quality expected from the ad. They are cheap knock offs of those in the ad, made in China. I sent two emails, one with a picture, to customer service. They didn't even bother to respond to the contents of the emails. They just sent me the tracking information showing that the package had been delivered, twice.

Well other than never receiving my order the customer service was good. My order was shipped to the wrong address, but customer service made sure I was reimbursed promptly. I decided not to take a chance and reorder again so I just took the refund.

I'm still waiting for my cutters 6 weeks now .I have sent emails 3 or4 times and never heard from the co. They charged my charge card 1st day and also charged $6.99 shipping and another $1.99 charge? Which was supposed to be free. Not good!
