Fabulous experience with Carvender. Cannot praise them enough.
I started to get the itch to get a new car which i both love and hate because well.. new car yay! But i hate because then it means dealing with pushy sales people trying to sell you a car and calling you constantly.
Carvender was nothing like this. I dealt with Qamar where we exchanged messages through whatsapp. I was interested in a car and any question i asked was answered without any of the sales talk. Anything i wanted to know was greeted with politeness and professionalism. I bought online without seeing the car in person and could not fault the process. The car was delivered to me a few days later by a lovely man who also gave me a box of chocolate which was a lovely touch!
The car was overdue an MOT as it had just arrived to their dealership and they had it booked in straight away for me before i committed to purchase and put me at ease by letting me know any issues would be fixed their end. All in all a great experience.
Would not hesitate to recommend! Thank you!

From start to finish, I cannot fault the service I received. Everyone was so helpful on the phone when i initially inquired about the car, answering all my questions and thoroughly explaining all the details necessary. I was kept informed by WhatsApp and phone calls without being pressured in any way. I was greeted with politeness, friendliness and warmth when I went to view the car. Again, no pressure to purchase, but it was such a lovely car I proceeded with the purchase with part exchange on my own car. I recently bought my first car from Carvender. I just looked for it on Autotrader, contacted them and they just delivered it to my house. I usually don't buy anything without checking it out myself, but I couldn't go look at the car because I was busy. So I told them that I liked the car but couldn't come. They said that if I liked the car, I wouldn't have to come myself and the car would be delivered to my house for a certain fee (£1 for a mile). Also, they said that if I had any problems with the car within 14 days, I could return it and get my money back. This was a big decision for me too. I asked them to deliver the car to my house and the next Monday morning it was outside my house. Every documentation and payment was done so well. I love the car and it is just as I thought. And of course, I gonna continue my journey with this for a long period.

I had a fantastic experience with Carvender. Customer service was 10 out of 10. When we showed interest in buying the Mercedes GLA , they made sure everything was perfect from the outside of the body work to the interior. When I noticed one of the break light covers had a hair line crack, they replaced it for us before we brought it. Other dealerships that I experienced in the past will say its 2nd hand , buy it and fix it yourself. The quality of all their other cars that I can see in their parking lot all look brand new even though they are 2nd hand. Definitely will recommend friends and family in the future to buy a car from them.

Stay away from these jokers, in 2022 my original review I’ve seen has been taken down all I’m gonna say is stay away very unprofessional they asked you to leave positive reviews before id even paid for the car. The worst experience I’ve ever had in buying a car . Sold me a car with faulty brakes and didn’t believe me, I took the car to Mercedes where they gave it to a once over and reported that the brakes and brake disc were faulty but they still didn’t believe the Mercedes report, it was a long process in getting it sorted, my finance company were brilliant and I’m sure they will not be dealing with this poor excuse for a company again, I see they have changed there name I wonder why , once again stay away.

Bought a Volvo back in January from Motoroo in Essex and it’s been nothing but problems and expense from day one.
The car was delivered with a “air bag warning light”. which they assured me would be cleared. Not only did it not get sorted — the car actually failed its MOT because of that exact issue. That should have been a red flag.
But it gets worse:
The car had the wrong suspension arm fitted, which caused accelerated tyre wear. A couple of months ago, I broke down with a flat front right tyre, and the front left was worn down to just 1mm — dangerously close to a blowout. I was lucky it didn’t turn into a double front puncture on the motorway, which could have been catastrophic.
It was missing a bolt on the suspension
Part of the front right brake was fastened with a zip tie — yes, a zip tie
They claimed it had a “new engine” — which I’m now broken down with, again, and the car won’t even start
I’ve had the car for barely 6 months, it’s already broken down twice, and I’ve spent over £1,000 trying to keep it on the road.
At 22 years old, I’m still paying off finance on what’s now effectively a scrap car. For the price I paid, this is absolutely unacceptable.
If you’re thinking of buying from here — don’t.
And if you already have, get a full independent vehicle health check done ASAP before your warranty runs out. They should not be allowed to sell cars in this condition.
Total joke of a dealership. No accountability, no care, and no shame in handing over unsafe, unroadworthy vehicles at inflated prices.
I have receipts of all the above and have noticed the passive aggresive responses they post in response to their bad reviews. If that dosent highlight their own accountability I don’t know what does. Potentially a dealership stuck in the mindset of a pervious generation.

All our vehicles are thoroughly inspected and come with a valid MOT at the point of sale. If any issues arise post-sale, we strongly encourage customers to contact us promptly so that we can assist within warranty and ensure proper care is given.
In your case, our aftersales team requested a repair estimate from your local garage in order to move forward. Unfortunately, no estimate was ever received from your side, and we did not hear from you again for over six months. Based on this, the team reasonably assumed the airbag warning light had been resolved, and the matter was closed on our system.
You also mentioned engine-related concerns. If these were not formally reported to our team.
We want to make it clear that we are not in the business of selling unroadworthy or unsafe vehicles. If a previous repair was found to be below acceptable standards (such as the zip tie you mentioned), we would have taken full responsibility — had it been brought to our attention in a timely manner.
We understand that purchasing a vehicle, especially at a young age, is a major decision. If you feel your concerns were not fully addressed, we welcome you to contact our aftersales team directly so we can work toward a fair resolution.
While we always accept constructive criticism and strive to improve, we must also clarify and correct any inaccurate or incomplete claims — especially when they involve serious allegations.

When I got there the people were lovely, I felt really comfortable and happy with my purchase. If I was ever looking for another car I wouldn’t hesitate to use here again. Best experience buying a car so far and I’ve been driving 10 years!

Excellent customer service from Qamar. Efficient, helpful and reliable. Even paid for a handbook when found the car didn’t have one! Love the car was exactly as described and given a box of chocolates which I thought was a nice touch. Highly recommend .
