We stayed at 63 Florida holiday park. Lovely chalet, very clean, tidy and modern, beds were comfy. Good directions and information from Abigail. Had a lovely few days away

Untrustworthy outfit

You only find out how good a company really is when something goes wrong and by this score Casamundo are 0 out 5 stars. We will never use them again.

After booking Casamundo were then unhelpful as the couldn’t tell us the exact address of the accommodation which we needed as we wanted to arrange a taxi pickup for onward travel. This unhelpful attitude then continued during and now after our booking. Our 3 bedroom accommodation, booked thru them, was truly awful. Whilst the apartment looks and is quite beautiful it is over a very noisy restaurant which Casamundo have known about for years but chosen to ignore. I now know this as I've gone through much older reviews & can see people have been complaining about it for ages. Anyway the extremely noisy restaurant directly below our apartment in Palermo closed at 3am on each of the 3 nights followed by shouting and staff moving tables and chairs until 5am, which meant we couldn’t sleep. The apartment didn't have the equipment it was advertised with, and rather than helping they fobbed us on another company (Beautiful Italy - or not so beautiful italy) and they ignored us except to say that the basic kitchen equipment & wine glasses we told them were missing are "professional equipment" and that they wouldn't be supplying them.

Lovely chalet

Don't put your self on bad situation and wasting your holidays
Miserable layers scams they tell you anything I didn't get full money

Good Algarve catering accommodation website

Found the website on searching accommodation Algarve. Good selection of properties, well located and reasonably priced. Easy to book and pay online. We go next month and we hope the quality and cleanliness of the property we have chosen is as good as it looks.

AVOID! zero stars

Just to be clear one star means zero. One star means avoid avoid avoid. They are affiliated with cottages who are another nightmare. These people persisted with a listing of my property at appallingly Low price less than 50% of it’s true pricelong after I had escaped the clutches of cottages.com …

No accommodation, refusing refund, not answering messages

My host cancelled my booking. No place to stay and Casamundo says no refund!! Not answering my email or WhatsApp messages.

Poor service

Booked an apartment from Hogarium Rentals via their site. We had many issues with this apartment stay and as Hogarium did not respond, we turned to Casamundo for help as the third party service provider, however they were of no help. Details below:
Would give it 0 stars if possible. Communications ahead of our stay were poor - we did not receive the check in details until we were on the plane after numerous follow ups. When we arrived at the apartment we could not get in and they did not respond to our emails so we couldn’t get into the apartment and were stuck on the road at night for 2.5 hours. The person who eventually came to let us in promised us compensation for this and then they just stopped responding to our emails. The apartment had not been cleaned properly and had a very bad smell, which was raised and we got no response. When I involved Casamundo, the third party site we booked through, Hogarium invented lies to try and evade responsibility for our complaints, despite us sending evidence of their negligence

Use them at your own risk

Use them at your own risk. They are marketing our holiday let, despite never having a contract with us. They are using reviews from AirBnB, who we haven't used for more than a year, and an availability calendar from our current company. They refused to answer a direct question about their sources.
If we discover a booking made through their platform, we will cancel it. They are data/service scrapers of the very worst kind..
