CaseSix Veterans Benefit Advocates exists to define, develop, and present Veterans’ claims to the VA with precision, strategy, and persistence — handling the heavy lifting while working in close partnership with the Veteran. Under the leadership of Rhonda Mitchell, a retired senior VA Decision Review Officer (DRO) with 37 years of inside-the-VA experience, CaseSix brings a rare, practical understanding of how claims are actually evaluated, developed, and decided. Rhonda is also a VA-accredited Claims Agent, and her career has been spent reviewing and correcting claims from within the VA system itself. At CaseSix, we don’t simply tell Veterans what to do. We actively develop claims — identifying viable conditions, clarifying theories of entitlement, organizing medical and service evidence, shaping narratives, and ensuring each claim is properly framed under current VA law and procedure. When necessary, we continue that work through appeals and Higher-Level Reviews, always with an eye toward accuracy and long-term outcomes. Successful claims are a team effort. Veterans participate by providing medical records, personal statements, and other supporting evidence. Our role is to take that information and turn it into a coherent, well-supported claim the VA can properly evaluate — minimizing guesswork, missed issues, and preventable delays. We routinely assist Veterans who: = Aren’t sure whether they qualify for VA benefits or what they may be eligible for = Have already filed a claim that is stalled, delayed, denied, or difficult to understand = Have medical records or service history but don’t know how (or if) that evidence actually supports a claim = Are considering filing for an increase, an appeal, or a correction and want to avoid costly mistakes Every engagement begins with a careful intake and assessment. In some cases, that leads to formal representation and full claim development. In others, we are candid when a Veteran is better served by free VA resources or a self-directed path. We are transparent either way. Our support can span from early-stage evaluations through full claims development and appeals. We handle the documentation, coordination, and procedural details so Veterans can focus on their lives — not navigating VA bureaucracy. CaseSix also leverages modern, secure technology to serve Veterans efficiently. Digital forms, secure document sharing, electronic signatures, and remote consultations replace outdated, clunky methods with systems that respect Veterans’ time and privacy. Above all, CaseSix is known for being thorough, candid, and persistent. We anticipate problems before they arise and don’t rush decisions that deserve careful development. Highest Recommendation
I do not usually write reviews but for Case Six I will make the exception because they are that good. I tried another well known service first but ended up filing with VA by myself because I felt that well known and well advertised company was only in it for the money and not me, the Veteran. I was just a number. Needless to say that “my file to increase” didn’t go as I hoped. Another Veteran I trust recommended Case Six and Rhonda. They are not only professional but they truly care about the veteran. The 25 plus years as a senior VA rater provides an insight that cannot be matched. Case Six knows the confusing VA system inside and out and all the small things that matter in a claim. Rarely do you come across an organization that has the knowledge, fair business practices, and cares about the customer. If I could give six stars I would, highest recommendation!!!!

Rhonda is very thorough, conscientious, and professional. Her years of working for the VA pay dividends to the veterans she helps. My husband told me to work with Rhonda and Tony and I am so glad I did. Her review of my records turned up things I would have never thought to claim.

No regrets…No Stress!
I started my VA claim beginning of 2022 with American Legion. My experience was good, however, experience was a little bit lacking…but “A” for effort!
Early 2023, I went with a legal firm…thinking maybe the lawyers know a thing or two. It turned out one of my worse experiences in my life. It was a bad experience bc of feeling helpless. Whenever I complained about the poor communication and customer service, the legal assistant would tell me that I was free to find someone else. The entire year, I never got to speak to a lawyer, so beware if you want to take the lawyer route b/c they will drag it out as long as possible without much results. They want to maximize their 20% backpay.
Then I met Rhonda from CaseSix, introduced to me by my former boss. Immediately from our 1st conversation I felt a sense of relief! She is very meticulous and explains everything in detail before you ask. Plus no lawyers or VSOs can match 37 years of VA employment experience!!!
Rhonda and her staff asked for one month of time to meticulously sift through over 1000 pages of medical and civilian documents. This must’ve been extremely difficult because I was a military reservist!
I have absolutely no regrets and she is worth every dollar amount…so even if my results are unfavorable, I trust her 100%. But that won’t happen bc I’m confident I will benefit greatly. CaseSix and I will both benefit! Thank you Rhonda!!! - Chris

Communication and flexibility
Communication and flexibility was a key item for me and Rhonda has done both with genuine friendship and expertise. I am 13 hours ahead of her time zone. She has made our zoom meetings very comfortable for me and provided detailed feedback during zoom meeting and with follow up email communication. I feel she is an expert in her field. Once the process is complete, I will be able to provided a comprehensive feedback on her expertise. So far I have complete trust in Rhonda.

Rhonda was absolutely AMAZING *update
Rhonda was absolutely AMAZING. With the help of CaseSix I was rated at 90% disability with the VA on my first go. They are extremely helpful in making sure you are prepared for all C&P exams and have all the tools you need to get what you deserve! Thanks again CaseSix!!

After starting my journey with CaseSix roughly 2 years ago I am so happy to say that Rhonda made it her mission to get me to 100%. These guys are truly awesome and words can't describe enough how amazing they are. Also please don't be alarmed if you don't hear from them super often during your process, even if you don't hear from them, I promise you they are working behind the scenes and will reach out when necessary. Rhonda and Anton have made my life significantly easier and I can't tell you how much I love these two. Thanks again guys!
