If there was a zero star

If there was a zero star. I’d give it lower. Huge semi takes up every parking space. Door fully blocked so you can’t get in by the 8 employees unloading the truck. 1 employee behind the counter w 8-10 customers in line. Tote boxes blocking the isles and merchandise. Terrible customer service. Pop machine broken and dirty. No one has a clue what’s going on. Just terrible. Stay away.

TERRIBLE,

The women’s bathroom, had curtains??? There were 2 stalls and one had curtains. The place looked messy, and a lot of things were out. TERRIBLE experience. I do NOT recommend!!!

Casey's

Casey's, once known for their great pizza has lowered their pizza making standards at least in Ankeny, Iowa. Breakfast pizzas once had cheese sauce and we're delicious but after trying 5 stores in Ankeny....no sauce on any of them. They were the most dry blah pizza I've ever had. On top of that, the stupid "rewards cards" all the convenience stores are going to are just that....stupid. One more card I have to carry around with me everyday. Wake up Casey's, your losing a loyal customer and I don't speak for just me.

DISORGANIZED INSIDE THE STORE

I get gas at the store in Elkhorn and signed up for the app several months ago. After all the money I spend there I've only earned $5 in rewards...I've had 1 good pizza and 1 awful pizza there (I ordered for a specific pickup time but they made it up 15 mins early so naturally it was cold by the time I got it). Yesterday I went inside to buy refreshments from their fountain selection which is a disorganized mess and inadvertently grabbed cups that are designated for the more expensive fruit slush drinks. No other cups were within reach of the drinks I poured and I wound up paying $6 more than I should have...This is always a crowded store which may explain the disorganization inside but there are other gas fill up options I intend to use going forward!

Jenks Oklahoma management are jokes

The management in Jenks OK is absolutely horrible in both stores. A word of advice, when you have a disgraceful manager like Connie Warden don't allow her to recruit...influence an train incoming managers. This is why employees keep leaving. This is from customers and former employees.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I will tell everyone!

I ordered a pizza by calling the Hiawatha location. A beef pizza, I got a cheeseburger bacon pizza. I called back, they said they’d replace it. I called again, to the Hiawatha location and they said “no one picked it up.” I said, “ Why would someone pick it up, I had the first(wrong one) delivered?” They never said this wouldn’t be delivered, they never called to tell me anything when it wasn’t picked up. Jade, the manager( HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS- NONE AT ALL) said we have no way to deliver it. Well I didn’t order my pizza via Door Dash, I don’t even have the app! So why would I know Door Dash did the delivery when I didn’t use Door Dash to order! This was very simply rectified: Jade or someone in her store should have delivered! I have never been treated so rudely and had NO RESOLUTION! I do NOT use Casey’s for anything except pizza when I don’t want to go out: I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! I’m 56 years old and this is HANDS DOWN the worse customer service I’ve ever had: there was NO SERVICE, NO true type of apology, and no offer to truly correct THEIR ERROR. The only answer was, “Logan was new…”. I don’t care who was new: he was rude when taking the order as he didn’t even say “Casey’s”. I had to confirm that when I originally called in the order…again WORST WORST WORST customer service I’ve ever had…and I am still having to pay for this! Jade did say, “you can contact Door Dash…”. Again, I DO NOT HAVE THE DOOR DASH APP! Why would I contact Door Dash when I called the Hiawatha, Iowa location for the order and delivery?!? Can I say agin how HORRIBLE THIS EXPERIENCE WAS ?!? NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible customer service.

I live in Louisiana. The store is in another state. Someone made an account with my email. I explained to the customer service rep that I needed my account deleted and why. They responded they hate to see me go and to give them another chance. I explained I don't live there and won't ever shop there and I need the account deleted. They replied that they don't service "that request" for people who live in Louisiana and could not help me.

Poor Delivery Service

Last evening at the Independence KS store a pizza was ordered and asked for delivery. The DoorDash delivery service totally messed up delivery. I have no problems with Casey, but DoorDash is a joke. The lady LeeAnna did not even know where I lived and be the time I received the pizza, it was cold, I was pissed. I tried to create a review on DoorDash miserable site, and got nowhere. When I called Casey I was told that once the pizza leaves the store it is between me and DoorDash, wrong answer! This is a bad service provider for Casey Pizzas. This is the second time, first time was perfect, I believe it was the fault of the Dasher, not the store.

Time estimates for pick up orders are a…

Time estimates for pick up orders are a joke. I arrived at the store at the estimated* time. I was told it would be about another 8 minutes. 20 minutes later, was still not given my order and had to wait until they helped all the other customers that came in after me. 30 minutes after my estimated pick up time, I still did not have my pizza and left as I could not waste any more time waiting for the staff to finish their chit chat and tell me when I would get my pizza.

My order was refunded without me asking, but I still did not have dinner and wasted meal break from work.

Disappointed in confirmation emails

Have been very disappointed with not receiving my order confirmation through emails. Have ordered more than once with no email ever being sent. I have been doing online ordering for other rewards things I am in and because of no email I have lost almost 9000 points because of this.

We called and ordered a pizza

We called and ordered a pizza; we were directed to do that through their app. I downloaded the Casey's app and ordered to pizza. I used a gift card belonging to a special needs adult that I take care of. The $15 on the card was removed, and I got a notice that my pizza would be delivered at the time and place that I requested. It wasn't. after being on hold with them for over 30 minutes, I was told that it wasn't their responsibility. They still owe this individual $15.

I have had the max amount of The Guy…

I have had the max amount of The Guy Larry in the Grove Caseys Store. He is very rude and disrespectful and there's no need for it. Saturday was the last time I'll ever go back into your store as long as he is working. My son had lost his airpods. We went back into the store looking for them and asked if someone had turned them in. And his reply was no and they were to busy to check. There was literally 1 other person in the store at the time. And she was at the other register. He was standing there on his phone. There was no need for his rudeness.. I am a regular up until this last weekend. At times we go in there he's usually out smoking a cigarette and we wait at the counter for him. I was hoping that with New Management he would NOT still be there. With much respect, A Loyal Customer...

Beer prices are a Ripoff

Beer prices are a Ripoff! 3 months earlier when it was still Bucky’s, I paid $5.99 for a four pack of Pilsner Urguell in cans, now good old Casey’s raised it to $8 plus……never again! Didn’t notice what they were selling the American p##s water beer for!😑

Just wanted to say that the store on…

Just wanted to say that the store on 53rd in Davenport Iowa was short staffed. But the cashier was amazing and jumped back and help the lady making the pizzas because she was slammed. She was going back and forth and was on it tonight. She was amazing and deserves a special something and so does the lady making the pizzas. This was on Monday night December 6,2021. They rocked the store all by themselves!!!

The Service You Receive Is Hit or Miss. A Mixed Bag of You Never Know .

The service you receive at each visit is almost always a mixed bag. Service varies by store in Aurora, MO.

Their food is almost always delicious, but one store has a tendency to burn their pizzas & cheesy breadsticks and then just toss them in the box anyway. It tastes pretty nasty. That particular store also will not call you & tell you if they can't prepare the food you ordered. They wait until the DoorDash driver gets there. They have the DD call you and say they can't make the food. If you want a replacement? Well, then the DD driver has to sit there for
15 - 20 minutes while they prepare it. If you don't want to make the driver wait, or you are short on time or just plain hungry, then you go without. Why wait to call? Why not call when the order is received? They never bother to remove the item from your paid bill either. They also won't tell you if the products you ordered are OOS. They will either have the DD driver offer a more expensive replacement or they just don't fill that part of your order. Again, they won't adjust your bill. All of this could be avoided if the staff would simply call when the order is placed and make adjustments at that time. This seems like common sense. Apparently, it is not. Caseys is losing sales because people don't want to make the DoorDash drivers wait around or they are hungry and don't want to wait another 30 minutes for their food only to have half of the order arrive hot and fresh and the first half old and cold. I don't know if the staff is very busy, lazy, incompetent or just poorly trained, but it really is terrible business practices for the store. I would think the owners or corporate would address these issues, but they are always a problem. There are easy solutions too. Loss of sales must not concern them very much.

Another location we use is always fantastic. The food is hot, fresh, prepared to order and our order includes everything. If there is an issue they always call. They always go above & beyond. We'd use that location exclusively, but all locations do not carry the same prepared food and shelf items. Even name brand popular pop choices are not consistent. I don't believe Caseys can be blamed for supply issues. That's a problem across the US right now.

Caseys fryer being down is fast becoming the joke McDonald's ice cream machine has become. Most people know Mickey D's ice cream machine isn't broken. The employees just don't want to clean it. It makes me wonder whether or not the fryer is really down or if they just don't want to change the grease or clean up at the end of their shift. If that's the case, then stop offering fried foods on the menu. Why offer food you won't prepare? Regardless, it's poor business practice. Caseys is losing sales and the customers can't get the products they love. It also leads to the aforementioned problems. e.g. Overcharging customers, not fixing bill and making the DoorDash drivers do what they, Caseys staff, should be doing.

Getting all the items requested in your order is also hit and miss. It also varies by location. Ordering dipping cheese with your cheesy breadsticks may or may not net you dipping cheese. Often, you'll get a side of pizza sauce instead. Mistakes happen. It's not a huge deal. The problem lies in that it happens fairly often. Also, they charge an extra .50¢ per cheese cup requested and they never adjust your bill when they don't send them with your order.

A lot of this is minor. It's easy to overlook. It's easy to brush aside. We can't be the only ones overlooking these things. However, we've gone from being overcharged .50 - 1.00 for cheese to $4.89 for entire sandwiches they couldn't make. That's a lot of free money Caseys is bringing in by slighting their customers and not providing them the products they advertise. It's starting to get tiresome. They raised their prices. We can't afford increased prices on food they don't include in our orders. We are looking for a good menu with service to match. If we find that here in town Caseys won't be our first call for dinner anymore.

Great customer service!!

I always enjoy picking up pizzas after work for my family of 5 we always have the best service on fridays the women in the kitchen always make sure our order is out on time and even when it’s not they always assure me one to two 2liters of soda.. I am happy to be able to have such great customer service!
