Communications was intermittent The offer was so low it was insulting. The last offer was still extremely low compared to the price of 90% silver that day.

Joke of an offer
The process was simple enough. Their website even offered a 10% "bonus" on the offer. After shipping my items (all .925 sterling), the offer, before the 10% bonus amounted to what was less than 25% of the market price per oz of the items. My local jeweler offered me more than twice that a week earlier and I declined that offer. Your offer doesn't break down the weight and pricing, just the offer. The calculator on the website must be a bait and switch because the actual offer was less than a 1/3 of that calculator. Colossal waste of time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're sorry our offer fell well short of your expectations and understand how disappointing that must have been, especially after comparing it with both your local jeweler's offer and the estimate from our online calculator. The calculator is intended to provide a general estimate, while final offers are based on the specific items received and the costs associated with processing them, but we recognize the difference you experienced was frustrating. We appreciate that you found the shipping process straightforward, and we're grateful you gave Cash for Silver USA the opportunity to evaluate your silver. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll use it as we continue working to improve the experience for our customers.
