Very smooth transaction. Easy to ship with “the kit”. Unfortunately what I had thought was sterling silver turned out to be plated copper. John took the time to explain their process of testing my items and offered a number of options that were very fair and reasonable. The tracking of the pacwas dead on. The communication from Cash for Silver was very good. I knew every step. The appraisal of the silver was fair and in line with what I expected.
