Customer Service 👍 Value 👎
I do appreciate the customer service. This is always good to have. However, if I wasn't stressed for cash.. i would have just gone elsewhere. The current spot price vs the offer is in my opinion considerably low.
I sent the over 6g of silver. Spot price yesterday 89. I was given $313 and that included an extra 10% bonus. So. Quick math... i got $50/g 60%??? Sorry never again.

Thank you for the candid feedback. While we're glad our customer service left a positive impression, we're sorry the offer didn't meet your expectations. We understand that value is ultimately what matters most, especially when you're selling because you need the funds. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity, and we're disappointed we couldn't earn your business on the pricing this time. Your comments have been shared with our team and are valuable as we continue to evaluate our process.

Great experience
I was worried about sending in my family sterling but handled very well. Communication was great. Initial offer was lower than I wanted but when I called they quickly gave more what I was expecting and check was received within 3 days. Will definitely consider them for selling things in future.

It was worth the conversation if it meant reaching an offer that felt right to you, and we're happy everything came together quickly after that. Thanks for giving Cash for Silver USA the opportunity to earn your trust.

Straightforward and fair
This is the third time I have used this service and each time the process has been very easy and super efficient. Cash for Silver makes the transaction seamless by providing everything needed for insured and tracked shipment and is very prompt at responding to my questions. The last transaction I had with them I had a question with regard to their quote. I was able to get an actual human being on the phone who was pleasant and answered my questions with care and an obvious understanding of the appraisal process. Their offers are fair and there is never any pressure to accept. The turnaround time for receiving payment is fast. Overall my experiences using this service have been excellent.

You kept me in constant contact with shipping. Transaction so far has been flawless.. What I didn't understand is how I could turn down the original offer but before silver was sent back to me you counter offered with a much more generous offer which I accepted. For that I'm pleased.

Overall a good experience.
Offer was made in a fair amount of time. Initial offer was rather low considering the present silver spot price. I asked for a reconsideration and received what I thought was fair price, not the best, but fair.

There could not have been an easier way to collect money for things laying around the house I didn't need anymore. They literally sent me prepaid shipping envelope and someone came to my door to pick it up when I called and said I was ready. What an amazing service I am so beyond happy I will be using them again and again and again.
