I make another loan at cash time I had been their customers for 3 years now they are a good company to get loan .Margaret help s me a lot she explain everything. And their staff are good and polite and helpful too

Reps are hanging up on you right at pick up, phone thrashing sounds and hang up, 4 times in one hour so I called baseline office, another very bad rude rep sounds like quiet quitting or some crap, I needed cash time services in time of emergency and here is how it went,
First loan paid off first month, second loan made three payments, and new I would need an increase as we were trying to get out of California in my dad's motor home, when I called two weeks later I was told only fourth dollar increase after being told one to 150 Dollars, so hung up to secure the fourth in two days, then after being hung up on twice finally a very unhappy rude rep, female, I was asked ? By her how much do you need, I said 100 would be good, it was worked out until I asked if I could have it deposited in a different bank, put on hold then told oops no loan. Because you were late on your last payment, which I explained my SSI payment happens on the 1rst so Andrew change it to the first, so he said, I hung up stressed out, called back on a hunch a week later on Wednesday the 18th, this time I was told 300 dollars I qualify for so we did all the signing and all references were done, now it's Sunday have to wait till Monday I friggin hope for the 300, I'm thankful but that was two business days, it should have been more important than that because it meant so much to us for water food dog food gas propane for heat as I live in an RV , thanks for the ergengcey on the matter, if I ever use cash time again I'll call on a Monday and hope it's not a rep that doesn't like her job.

I have had 5 loans from cashtime. Every time applying became easier. They provided me the cash and my bank account provided the payments. Simple. Great CS, friendly staff. Clean offices. Thankyou CASHTIME

I was is in the hospital with Covid they called every other day even though they were told I was in the hospital with Covid Horrible company they love harassing your references if you don’t answer the phone they will call your references and leave a personal voicemail with your references horrible horrible company Think twice before you deal with this company
A reply to cash time you have this female that kept s call I talk to her she is horrible if you knew I had Covid your company did nothing to help me just kept call my reference and DID Not do anything to help just kept calling for a payment!!!!!!!!

No me an entregado mi titulo en motores y veiculos me disen que ustedes no an liberado de la computadora y page meses x adelantado liquide el prestamo por que me urge el titulo y en cash loan me disen que no es problema de ustedes como esta eso no es una respuesta que me conbensa no tienen nin gun derecho de aser este tipo de jugadas
Siento una inpotensia que no fuera otro el caso una persona de altos recursos no le asen esto solucionan el problema inmediatamente

Very fast, thorough, and Professional

If i could give no stars i would ive gotten two loans from cash time and both times both loans were paid in full and on or before loan was due so you would think that would give you more of a chance to get another loan well its not it dont matter if you have a good paying back record with them cause they could careless to help you knowing you have paid back your loans with them do not go to them they are stuck up and a waste of time

Very easy. If you have the required information, you will get a loan. I completed application online, follow up phone call for information needed, and signed everything via email. I picked up the check a short time later. Everyone I came in contact with was very very nice. All I had to do when I went to pick up the check was provide my ID.

After filling out my forms and submitting documents I was contacted by Elizabeth and Jennifer who helped me in a professional and courteous manner.
My loan was approved and funded by the next day.
