I placed an order on the 25th October 2025. They never sent it and pretended the courier had left it somewhere. They stopped responding to emails. The other reviews below show that they take your money and never send the item.

I have been waiting for my order since December 2025 and no one is getting back to me any more. I think it's a Scam.

Tout ressemble un site web sur mais non... Avec suivi de colis et échange par e-mail.

Impossible de mettre un commentaire sur ce site lors de réception de la publicité sur Tiktok.

Absolute scam, ordered back in October 2025, nothing arrived and tracking was an absolute sham all in Chinese. No courier provided, complained and accused me of lying as it was “shown” as delivered there end! Said they would send out another which never came! Gave up on the end and requested money back through my bank. Massive con, please do not use them

SCAM!! Liegen dat ze geleverd hebben. 2 smart tv’s besteld. Zeggen dat ze een handtekening hebben van ontvangst. Onmogelijk! De handtekening qua bewijs nooit gekregen natuurlijk. Ze zouden product nogmaals toezenden. Natuurlijk ook niet ontvangen. Nu reageren ze helemaal niet meer op mijn berichten. Februari 2026. OPLICHTING!

I ordered back in September they took the money says it was delivered at 4 AM in the morning on December 3, 2025 never received it. I have cameras showing that it was never delivered. They sent another one out. It was delivered December 30 to Tampa, Florida. I live in Kentucky now they’re not responding back to my emails. You can actually go to. consumer.gov to make a claim against them as they have shut their store down at this point reported as fraud to your credit cards and contact Better Business Bureau

I ordered something 3 months ago and never received it. Everytime I emailed the company they would say it’s on the way and they would urge the shipment. FAKE, DO NOT BUY

I do not recommend buying anything from this platform. The service is very poor and feels fraudulent. I placed my order on 10/29/2025 and still have not received it.

There is no customer care phone number, only email support, and their responses are extremely slow. First, they told me the order was delivered, even though I clearly informed them it was not received. Later, they said it was dispatched again, and the same situation happened.

Now, after more than two months, they are saying they are trying to recover the parcel from the shipping company and will dispatch it again if it is recovered. This entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.

Item was allegedly delivered but I was in all day and there were no couriers attempting delivery.
After multiple emails to try and get a refund they claim to have sent a replacement. Tracked it via the number provided and instead of Hertfordshire the item is in Belfast.
Royal Mail confirm the address linked to the tracking number provided is NOT my address so they have either given the wrong tracking info or shipped my replacement to another incorrect address. Never ever buy anything from this company!!!!

This company is a scam, they will give you the run around pretending to investigate a delivery they claimed I got at 4:30am. It's been months and I still didn't receive a refund just more emails to nothing.

This is scam company, item never arrived. Paid for via PayPal, who where useless and didn't reslove the issue in obtaining a refund. The company advertised through Tiktok, who again should do more to stop scammers from getting away with this as per all the reviews below.

Item never showed as being dispatched and had to chase, at which point a tracking number was provided which was fake. The tracking details the item being dispatched from China and went through USA before supposedly arriving in the UK after almost 2 months of being in transit. Randomly the parcel tracking details were updated as delivered at 7am in the morning. No delivery and no parcel arrived.

Chased up, company advised would send another item out. Again no tracking details provided and in the end order never arrived.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM.

This company from TIKTOK shop scams people. I’ve even contacted TIKTOK only for them to respond “what do you want me to do?” Remove them from your platform and not allow influencers to be compensated for fraudulent transactions. Email after email with the seller saying too much of nothing. Held up in PayPal dispute. I HATE THIEVES. I hope their entire families receive double for the trouble they’ve caused with a toe growing from their eye, a tail from their ear and a fist growing from their rumps. Lol

Never received product! Argued over email. Place is a scam DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Contacting my bank and BBB

Stay away from Cassionk.com This is scam site who only take your money without send what you order. When you ask for tracking number they give you a fake tracking. I realy hope paypal help me get my money back!

Total scam on TIKTOK please be aware keep sending fake tracking that dosent move for days on end when email them all reply is be Patient, when pushed hed them for company and tracking number as their tracking said landed in customs Ireland they sent me a random number that dosent exit SO YOU'VE BEEN WARNED personaly i think TIKTOK should remove them from fake selling and be personally responsible for allowing fake web sutes Terence in Dublin 👍🤔

I ordered the 43in TV and in a month the TV never showed up and that was 10/25/25. I tracked it and it said delivered but to who I don't know so I figured I got took for a fool. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

I’d give them zero stars if I could!!! Ordered 2 Promotion-Arcade 1Up 24”/32" Screen Infinity Game Table - Electronic Games 32” and it says they were delivered and they were NOT delivered!!! Emailed and got no response!!!
Buyer beware!!! Sadly, I believe I’ve been scammed out of almost $100!!!
