I would give them one star only because I can't give less. They sent me a defective product with a battery that does not charge. Their solution was either for me to pay the return shipping costs or to accept a refund of only 30% of the purchase price. This is simply a scam.

Great.. fitted perfectly. Shipping could have been faster,but it came from far away.

Parcel arrived after a few days and delivery instructions followed. I’d tried various products to seal a leak in the guttering on conservatory. None of tgg by em worked but this product sealed the leak which I tested after 24 hours. The tub itself isn’t very big but big enough to seal my leak then I did my sisters which was successful as well. Tub was big enough to do both jobs.

I ordered a grill cleaner - the site "tricks' you into buying more than 1 for a cheaper price. When I noticed this - like immediately, I tried to stop the 2nd grill cleaner order. Told "sorry couldn't do it, but I can send one back" - well thats the scam it costs just as much to send it back - so now I am stuck with 2 - BUYER BEWARE - its all crap from China

The product is ok but the promo video amounts to false advertising. The product is nothing like it is shown. Very misleading.

Fast delivery

I ordered a pair of “comfy” shoes. They arrived within time schedule. Unfortunately, one of shoes is too narrow. I asked Castivaro how to return them. I got info, that I need to send them back to China despite I got them from the UK address. In returns policy online there is NO WORD about necessity to send returned goods to
China. I know this “discouragement” Chinese policy. Raising costs of postal service will eventually stop the customer from asking for return. It is scam in its pure form. Avoid these insolent scammers at all cost!

The units work as advertised. They look great in my yard. The videos in their online ads are AI-generated and make the units look four times bigger than they actually are. I would have still bought them had they advertised them accurately, but that removes at least one star.

Goods arrived damaged, not surprising given the quality, marginally stronger then tin foil, they were bound to be dented, DO NOT BUY the trouser hangers 5 rungs that fold down flat to save wardrobe space. Cheap shoddy tin & plastic rubbish, advert make it look brilliant. Believe me its not. You pay to return them damaged or not or keep them & theyll give you 30% refund. Just DO NOT buy from this company, It is not a genuine professional outfit, its operating as it its someones shed and theyre just knocking out any cheap rubbish they can get away with.

Saw an Ad on Facebook from this company of a small fan that oscillates, has a night light and a magnetic remote control. I clicked on the Ad and was taken to the listing where the video still showed the fan oscillating. The description mentioned the night light but nothing about oscillation, so I sent an enquiry asking if they did oscillate. Received email confirmation that they do. The fan looked great quality and had great features according to the Ad so I purchased 3 fans, they weren't cheap but considering how they looked and the functionality it would be worth it. The fans arrived and to my disappointment did not oscillate, did not have a night light and no remote control.. Just 3 very cheap and tatty fans which were basically just a pc fan in a cheap plastic housing. I emailed them immediately stating the fans were not at all as advertised and so would need to be returned. They emailed back fairly quickly stating I would need to send the fans back to a Chinese address at my own expense! I replied stating they are in breach of the consumer rights act 2015 and that on their own website it states they would be responsible for return postage if the error lied with them.. Which it certainly did. I received no response, had to email after several days asking them to resolve the matter and waited a further 5 or so days before a response came back stating that my options were to send the items back at my own expense or receive a 30% partial refund. The fans are so low in quality that even a 50% refund would not justify the cost and as they do not have any of the mentioned features are not fit for what I need them for. Good job I made the purchase through Paypal and have opened a case against them. I will be reporting to Actionfraud and the financial ombudsman as well. Avoid this company
