Great idea created by two brilliant minds to help someone that is wanting to buy and sell at the same time and only make ONE move. Cost is much less than a bridge loan! Fabulous product that you should take advantage of if you are wanting to buy before you sell. It is security, saves costs on moving, no huge bridge loan fees (Catapult fees are much less than a standard bridge loan) and Catapult will find the right agent via an algorithm for you for both the buy side and sell side so transaction is handled by a real estate expert that specializes in the areas where you wish to buy and sell.
